I’m very satisfied with his care

I have gone here for years, they have a new girl in the Tarpon Office, who is horrific. She is rude and does not like to deal with people, so they put her on the phones, (great choice). I was trying to schedule an appointment to get my blood work done and when the first time she said did not work, she suggested I go to and outside lab and quickly ended the phone call. To top it off my husband came in for his appointment and was maybe 5-10 minutes late because he wrote down the wrong time, (his fault). After standing in line to check in while they took entirely too much time with the person in front of him, they informed him that he was 15 minutes late, (actually at this point 13 minutes late), so his appointment was automatically cancelled and he would not be seen as the Dr., because he is just too busy for that. Really all the times that we have sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes plus. So their time is important, but our time is NOT. But both times it was the same girl and she… just does not like dealing with people, so since she is the first person you deal with there, we decided to find another doctors office.

"Dr." Roose and i use the title loosely, saw me as a new patient. I had major back spasms from a damaged spine and extensive chest and abdominal scar tissue. She witnessed the large left side spasm and said nothing but i dont prescribe benzodiazam (valium or zanax). Fine. As a family physician she could at least given me trigger point injections. She didn't even offer. It appeared that she may not have known what they were or didn't know how to give them. The "dr" didnt even adress the spasms. How OBTUSE. In all fairness she did Rx 60 zanax. What a waste of money and more important . . .TIME. THIS INCOMPETENCE amazed me. Maybe the other Dr.s are more knowledgeable. I wouldn't count on it if they hired "HER". I WOULD HAVE RECIEVED SUPERIOR TREATMENT AT A VETERINARIAN.

This is the worst office I have ever been too most disorganized. I'm caring, and professional as well as a huge turnover if I was able to rate it is zero I would've do yourself a favor run away from this doctors office go to another doctor

If you want a doctor at always acted tired when you FINALLY get into see him.. He looks totally bored... and only wants to tell jokes... He Cut patient off when he asks a question... Go some where else for good medical care

Don't Reccomend !!! Saw Dr Carson for years on and off . . His patient care has declined over the years . He doesn't look at the whole person . He wants you in and out .plus doesn't want anyone to see other doctors . Performs too many redundant tests .

Dr. Carson has been seeing my mother for years yet when her blood pressure started to go sky high he never followed up to have her reviewed by a heart doctor. She ended up having to be brought to the ER with blood pressure over 200. Then after she had a stent put in an artery he had her put in transition unit of the hospital.That means extra cost to her when she did not need, never needed a walker or any help walking. All in all the family of this women is very displeased with him as a doctor.

Doctor Carson double books his appointments so he is always behind schedule. On a number of occasions I have left his office after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. This condition was so bad I finally left Carson for a physician who kept his appointment times.
