Thomas Chambers, LCSW

Tom Chambers graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work and has 31 years of experience in the field of social work. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in inpatient and outpatient settings including working in Partial Hospital Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Tom currently enjoys providing individual and group therapy to adult and geriatric patients. His experience includes working with a wide variety of problems including Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, grief, and people going through life transitions. His therapy uses a variety of techniques including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, positive psychotherapy, and dialectical behavior therapy in order to help the patient reach his or her goals. At the Sarasota, FL, Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry Tom is currently treating adult and geriatric patients on Thursdays.
