Dr. Thomas Peter Dowhan, MD

I have had Dr Dowhan for many years. I have found him to be excellent in all area. I have been high risk glaucoma for 25 years. He one of only two doctors I have had that didn’t freak out when they look at my eyes. They have been stable for 25 years but other doctors have wanted to do surgery and almost hyperventilate when they look at my eyes and the new testing out there. Dr Dowhan is good. He did 2 cataracts for me and I see fine. He watches my eyes closely but doesn’t overreact. I have appreciated his wisdom as a seasoned doctor.

My surgery left me black and blue for 3 weeks. I can understand that but my surgery did not correct the problem and I was given the option to redo but I declined because it was painful and I choose to not go through it again.

Excellent doctor. I never feel rushed and he always seem concerned with my eye issues. Makes me feel like I'm his most important patient.

Dr. Dowhan is a fantastic provider. I trust him implicitly with my eye care. The staff is excellent, he is thorough, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. He and his staff are just a pleasure to work with.
