oviders office does not get you in to an appointment in a timely manner. Per the General Attestations they are required to sign by every health plan they are to get you in for a routine appointment within 15 days and for urgent within 7 days. They tell you they are booked for the whole year. If you run into this please file a complaint/grievance on this provider. They should be seeing you within adequate time. Doctor really needs to hire more people. I will never go to this provider again due to the unavailability.

I’ve been a patient with WMG for 13 years. In my time there, I’ve probably seen at least 6 different nurse practitioners. They treat you like a number and half the time they don’t answer calls or return messages that you are forced to leave. In my past appointments, they make you show up at least 30 minutes early only to have you sit and wait for that long and call you in the room about 20 minutes after your appointment time. After you go in the room, they make you wait another 30 to 40 minutes for the nurse practitioner or doctor to see you. They don’t bother to mail, call or send a message via their portal with the results of any wellness exams. You have to call them and hope that they decide to answer the phone. My pharmacy had been trying to get a refill authorization for weeks. I eventually called about the refill and left several messages without any response. When I was finally able to reach someone, the front office staff decided on her own that I couldn’t get a refill. … She didn’t even bother to consult with the doctor about this and made the decision herself right over the phone. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was connected with “Robin” who is even more difficult and condescending. She ridiculed and belittled me as if I was a child. Robin flat out told me I was wasting her time and eventually decided upon herself that she was going to discharge me as patient. She refused to let me see or talk to the doctor for an emergency appointment. Robin also violated my patient privacy by contacting my primary doctor (whom has nothing to do with WMG) without my written consent. She did this out of spite and with no other intention other than to cause harm. Robin’s unprofessionalism, short temper, power trip and lack of customer service skills have caused me to lose my gynecologist that I have been with for over 13 years. Do not go to this office unless you want to be mistreated, belittled, insulted and treated with complete and utter unfairness and disrespect.

Best Doctor, his knowledge and attention was Awesome I have had Surgery and regular follow up treatments with Dr Easter his staff and nurses are very kind and helpful I have had nothing but the best care I highly recommend him, his nurses and Statf any time.

I highly recommend Dr Easter. He took his time to explain everything about my upcoming surgery and I never felt rushed. I felt very safe . The office staff was very helpful.

I had concerning results on my pap results, and called the office to get further clarification. I asked to speak to the doctor, and got brushed off to speak with his nurse. I had to leave a message. Days later, and several more left messages, still no return phone call. Finally after breaking down in tears and telling the front desk gal how worried I was about the possible Cancer results... I finally got a return phone call. She wasn't at all friendly or apologetic that she hadn't bothered to return my calls. I asked to speak to the doctor, and again, no call back. I WON'T BE RETURNING TO THIS OFFICE!

I work among Dr. Easter's peers in the healthcare field. Because of Dr. Easter's impressive reputation among other doctors and nurses, I recently chose him as my physician. Thanks to Dr. Easter and his exceptional staff, I have been successfully treated for a cancer that other doctors missed. Dr.Easter's professionalism and expertise is paralleled equally by his exceptionally caring nature and compassion. In my eyes, he is part superhero and part guardian angel. A great man, a great physician.

My first pregnancy I miscarried. I called the office to get in right away and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me because they were booked and if I thought I was miscarrying I should go to urgent care. Rude! My second pregnancy I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance. I made it far enough along to have an ultra sound. When the nurse practitioner called me 2 weeks later she said, "oh no one has called to tell you your results? Well they've just been sitting here in a pile on my desk. Sorry. So your pregnant is non-viable." Who does that?! In my opinion that is no way of running a medical practice.
