Horrible experience. Not given information I needed to make an informed decision re treatment. Endured six weeks of pain due to blisters caused by cream. Other dermatologist said this cream should never be applied on the face. Find another dermatologist.

I live in Las Vegas. We have a famous dermatology “Johnny Woodson” that I could go to. But I choose to commute to Denver from my home in Las Vegas to go to B.V.C.D. That says it all.

I recently relocated to Colorado from the east coast. I have a number of long term dermatological problems. Based on an initial conversation it was apparently that Dr. Gallagher understood my various dermatological issues quickly assessed them prescribed appropriate medication and sent me on my way. Very efficient very personable and very authoritative. I appreciated his skill and matter. Thanks.

I visited Dr. Gallagher's office today in Boulder but had a small snafu with my new insurance that was my fault. The woman at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful with talking me through how to fix it and also offered me an appointment in just a few days at the same location to make up for it. She also walked me through an option that would allow me to see the doctor today if I wanted to pay a different amount and get reimbursed by insurance... Basically she gave me every possible solution there was and also didn't penalize me for my mistake since I ultimately cancelled my appointment literally as it was starting. Thanks for helping me out - this is the kind of experience and service I would love to receive at all doctors' offices!

I loved them! The first appointment I had with them was when I moved from Europe to Boulder. I had a whole body examined (very thoroughly by the way) and Dr. Gallagher found a mole that was better to be removed. So I made an appointment for that but probably because of my English the appointment was for follow-up (5min), not removal (40min). However, Dr. Gallagher made some changes in his schedule and managed to remove the mole without me having to come on another day or even waiting for more than 5-10min. I was nervous because of the removal but they were very careful and understanding with me although the removal ended up being painless and noting to be afraid of. The biopsy confirmed what I've already been told by Dr. Gallagher. Skin cancer is a scary thing for me so every time when I think a mole is changing (even though it turns out not to be changing) I go to them. I have my moles checked by Dr. Gallagher, measured and pictured so we can compare next time. I feel like I'm… constantly there (even my husband is bored with me going there) but everyone at the clinic is still patient and careful with the examinations.

I want to thank Dr. Gallagher for his patience today and for taking so much of his time answering questions. He was wonderful and we really appreciated him.
