Dr. Thomas Dillard Gary, MD

My family and I are currently searching for another medical practice where the front office staff is competent, caring, and polite. The front office staff here is the absolute worst I have ever encountered anywhere. They tell you they have completed your paperwork or sent your RX prescription to the drugstore and they have not. This has happened time and time again. Evidently, the owners--Thomas and Crystal Gary--do not care enough about their practice to follow up on patients complaints. They need to take a few minutes and call the local pharmacists in the area, because they too are experiencing the same rudeness, incompetentance, and uncaring attitude from the office manager Beth.

I used to go to Dr Gary’s office and had Katy as my provider. All off sudden Dr Gary decided I was to see him instead. That is when the problems started. He never once examined me. He insulated me and told me I had mental problems. I now have a new provider in Gainsville and receive perfect care. I recommend staying far away from this man if you want good care.

Do not let this Doctor treat you. He is very rude and doesn’t, listen.
