This man should not be practicing if he cannot treat all patients equally.

Dr. Graham is the best neurologist I have ever had!

Saw Graham in the ER after a seizure. Was told to follow up with his office after the weekend. Staff refused to follow discharge instructions, refused to answer the phone, refused to answer questions and after dragging things out for two weeks, told me Graham couldn't take me as a patient because "he has a private practice that doesn't treat motor vehicle accidents" He knew in the ER I was there because of a car accident! If he had no intention of treating me, why did I have to waste 3 weeks trying to get care through his office?

It is not easy to get an appointment with him, but he is well worth the wait, in my opinion! He always explains everything clearly to me, and I have never felt rushed. The staff, on the other hand, can be a bit stiff, a little intimadating, and a tad uninterested. With that being said, I wouldn't want to see anyone but him! I think he is the best!

Doctor clearly unable to report what actually happened during examinations. Odd behavior made me uncomfortable.

Both Dr. Graham and the office staff were very professional, courteous and friendly which made my experience so much better.

Dr. Graham is definitely the most experienced, competent physician I have ever had. He is always current on the latest research and I have the utmost confidence that he is providing the most knowledgeable treatment and advice. None of my other doctors ever prescribe anything before they clear it with Dr. Graham. They truly respect him. It is true that he does not have the warmest "bedside manner." Some may even say he is somewhat curt but honestly I think it is just his nature to speak a little quickly. I don't think Friendliness = Better Medicine. I have had a "hold your hand" doctor before who spent lots and lots of time with each patient - sometimes 30-45 minutes. However he was so friendly that even though I knew what schools each of his children had applied to, where he was vacationing, etc etc I ended up in the emergency room after a seizure because he gave me the wrong prescription. I don't know about you, but I want a neurologist who is a serious clinician. Dr.… Graham is Chief of Neurology for the entire Main Line Health System. You can't get better than that.

My mother recently underwent major surgery to remove a localized type 2 lung cancer tumor in Philadelphia. After 2 weeks recovering at home she noticed several new symptoms begin to appear, including blurred vision and difficulty walking on one foot. She went to our local Paoli hospital for an MRI to learn the scary news that the cancer had metastasized to her brain in that short time. Dr. Graham gave her a very clinical, cold prognosis saying that he was not an expert in this area but that she basically had 12 months to live based on his readings and observations. I can not begin to say how sensitive these findings are and what poor bedside manner/unprofessional this doctor was. I am sure that he is an experienced neurologist but I would not recommend his services to other patients.
