Dr. Thomas Douglas Gurley, MD

I have discussed issues with the business manager Melanie several times and in my opinion she acted like my problem was an inconvenience to her, even though it was their office error. It seems she expects the customers to pay what is asked and not ask any questions. Dr. Gurley is totally non assessable. You cannot talk to him or leave a message for him.

I was a patient for the last few years. The staff at this practice is rude and condescending,. The care I received from the provider was fine but you have to navigate through billing and insurance. The few years I was there was several times the office did not complete paperwork or not complete it correctly causing me to get bills in the mail. When problems are brought to the office staffs attention they blame the insurance company (even though I had already spoke to the insurance company and the Doctors office had coded the procedure incorrectly). Office Manager is rude.

Dr. Gurley and his staff are VERY VERY RUDE ! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR !
