Dr. Thomas Stephen Hastetter, MD

I have been a patient for many years. Not one complaint. I think he is one of the very best.

I love this obgyn. With that statement let me also tell you all that I call them literally like every other day because I am a paranoid parent. They are always patient and prompt with answering my questions if I have any. I am a high risk pregnancy and I’ve seen him 2-3 times during my pregnancy and I’m 30 weeks along. My daughter is very active but I’ll give you an example of him being a good ob. I went in for my last appointment and the nurse couldn’t find my daughters heartbeat (she was moving so everything was ok) she went to get another nurse and she also couldn’t get her to hold still long enough to hear it l so she went to get Thomas who just came in from a surgery. Thomas came in asked me if he could try to get her heartbeat I said yes and he sat down explained every noise ( that was her kicking or punching the machine that was your heartbeat ect) and asked me if there was anything else I was concerned about I told him about the pain in my abdomin. He felt around it and had me… move around and it was my ligament pain getting worse from being 28 weeks pregnant. After about maybe 5 minutes or so he said I’ll tell you what I want to do. He said your baby is perfect you can tell that by how much she’s moving around she’s a happy baby but I know it’s important to hear it especially in the first pregnancy so I’d like to send you to ultrasound so you can hear it if you want. I said yes please and he went to ultrasound and came back and said give them just a minute to set up and she will be back to get you. Are there any other concerns or questions that you have for me besides the ligament pain we just talked about. My point is I have always had very well excellent customer service with Thomas Hastetter. I’ve called in and been asked to come in within a few hours as well to make sure everything is ok with my daughter. I absolutely love their staff.

You should have called and see if they accept your health insurance before you jumped in his office. Blame your self why you had high medical bills.

One of the rudest, arrogant, and obnoxious men I have ever seen in the medical field. I can not speak one positive word about him. Best advice is don't see him.

I saw this doctor on two separate occasions and both times he was so inconsiderate. I understand that we all have bad days, which is why I went back a second time, but he has zero bedside manner and obviously needs a different profession. Don't settle for doctors who treat their patients badly. There are great obgyn's available. Unfortunately, this man isn't one of them!

I went to Dr Hostetter today for my first appointment and walked out crying. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 I wasn't seen until 11:15 he came in was rude and abrupt. I spoke with him literally under 2 minutes. I told him I had been having pain in my left side after having my c-section (done by him) he tried well you need an ultrasound then he grabbed my arm like a child to hop me off the patient bench to walk me out and re-schedule an ultrasound in a week. He said it's been like 9 months since you've had your c-section so the c-section isn't your problem. NO it has been 5 months since the surgery HE performed my daughter was born prematurely and unfortunately passed away 23 days later. He is rude and heartless

DO NOT go to this place unless you have a pile of money and you can not find anything else to do with it! I went there for an annual pap smear and now I have hundreds of dollars in medical bills because they coded everything the wrong way and claimed I had conversations with the doctor that never happened! billing representative here do not care what your situation is. they will send you to collections without even considering the situation. Be aware that if you speak to the doctor AT ALL during your visit, they will add random charges that shouldn't be there for the 5 minutes you actually see the doctor.

I have been going to dr. Hassetter for a little while now and am on my second round of comid trying to get pregnant. I was given poor customer service by 2 staff and I complained and without any noticed they terminated me as a patient because I thought I was doing the right thing by complaining so Friday I called and told them I started my cycle and that I was.going to be starting my comid again, I was given the go ahead, today I called the office because I needed to sit up an appointment and was informed that i have been terminated from their practice, all because I complained!!!! Word of mouth goes a LONG! Way! I have never felt so betrayed in my life, I'm now on my 3rd day of.clomid with no dr! Greatest feeling in the world.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Hastetter's, and I highly recommend him. He has always answered all of my questions and tries to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I believe he is very knowledgeable in his field and I recommend him to anyone looking for a good Dr.
