DR. THOMAS IS A GREAT DOCTOR, BUT MAYBE HE NEED TO CHECK ON HOW HER ASSISTANT IS DOING. VERY POOR PATIENT ASSISTANCE. BEEN TRYING TO CALL THIS OFFICE BECAUSE I HAVE A SCHEDULED SURGERY FOR TOM, FRIDAY, FEB 15. WHILE I AM AT REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER FOR THE PRE-OP WITH THE NURSE LUCY, LUCY IS TRYING TO REACH ROSE THE ASSISTANT TO VERIFY FROM INFORMATION. IT WAS ONLY 11:00AM AND NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE. I ALSO TRIED CALLING ABOUT 4 TIMES WHILE I AM AT REGIONAL STILL CAN'T GET THROUGH. AT 4:00 PM GOT LUCKY TO GET HOLD OF THE ASSISTANT CONFIRMING ABOUT THE PRESCRIPTION SENT TO COSTCO AUTOMATION AND SHE INSISTED THAT IT WAS ALREADY SENT THERE. WHEN I AM AT COSTCO, TRUE ENOUGH, NO PRESCRIPTION WAS TRANSMITED FROM DR. HIRAI'S OFFICE. NOBODY IS ALREADY ANSWERING THAT PHONE. THIS MORNING STILL THE SAME, AS OF THIS HOURS, 8:55AM, NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE.

I recommend Dr Hirai . He's a doctor with a technique incredible room operations. I walked the same day without pain. The gastric sleeve and Dr Hirai changed my life.

I had my gastric bypass scheduled and during what ive heard was a contract negotiation gone bad, he ups and quits/contract not renewed. God knows how many people got the shaft from this. Good at cutting but this is very unprofessional.
