I've seen doctor holcus for well over 15 years now that he's joined the valley Healthcare System they stop making my appointments and calling me in telling me when I need to come in and then they decided just to not fill my prescription for blood pressure medicine instead of spelling it and asking me to make an appointment very corporate I had some neck pain as well that you know God forbid he prescribed any kind of pain medicine so I'm looking for another doctor

Front office was pleasant and easy to talk to. Her name was Sherry and was very helpful getting g my family established as patients. Nurses was very nice and enjoyed my visit with Dr Holthus, glad we came across his name and now are his patients for life.

Sherry in the front office was great to deal with. New to the area and knowing nothing about the doctors, she eased our mind on making Mountain View Family Med our new doctors. Need more office personel like her. Some other offices we called should take lessons from her.
