felt amazing after the first meeting- had so much new hope. unfortunately 1 med caused an allergic reaction and the other one was unable to be covered by insurance and also ended up not working. when i asked for alternatives, he scripted me something that i was not comfortable taking due to problems my mother had with that one. his response was to find a new psychiatrist, after when i came to him i told him i have tried over 5 and severely depressed and need urgent help. dumped me for no reason when 2 medications did not work for me. he tried, but in the end what a complete chaotic disappointment, and possibly the worst month of my life under his care. i even offered to pay for another appointment and he ignored that request.

Dr Jackson is an excellent doctor. He's compassionate, understanding and listens to you. He's trusting and also a problem solver. He is by far one of the best MD's I've ever had and I'm so grateful to be a patient.

After years of being diagnosed with various conditions by other physicians, I was introduced to Dr. Jackson because my previous physicians had left the practice. Dr. J took the time and effort to look at my past experiences and was able to diagnose and treat me for a condition I have had since childhood. My employer, of 26 years, gave out the very first Employee of the Year award. For which I was the recipient. Something I believe could not have happened with out the help I received from Dr. J.

Dr. Jackson is a wonderful healthcare provider. He takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses all of them in a nonjudgmental manner. He took the time to find a cost effective alternative of a prescription medication my insurance wouldn't cover. He is always willing to help with what I need whether that is more time off work, a new medication, or keeping up with medications that have been working. I really appreciate his patience after I had my second child. He wasn't pushing me to take any medication while breastfeeding, but was still supportive of my healing with other holistic ideas for my anxiety.
