Dr. Thomas T Jeneby, MD

I am sharing my experience to advise others of the business practices at this clinic. On my scheduled surgery date, I was placed under significant financial pressure when I was told I must pay an immediate $2,000 cash fee to "reschedule the anesthesiologist" or I would forfeit my entire $7,500 surgery payment. Additionally, there are unresolved issues regarding a device warranty. Although the manufacturer (Mentor) approved a claim (Ref: #AP-1825851) and sent replacement parts to the clinic at no cost, the office has refused to refund the original costs I paid, which are currently tied up in high-interest medical loans. Most concerning is the lack of administrative transparency. When I requested my itemized billing ledger and signed financial forms to verify these charges, the staff and practice management became hostile. They refused to provide my standard computer-generated records, offering only handwritten notes instead. Due to this refusal to provide legally required medical… and financial records, I have filed formal complaints for information blocking and deceptive trade practices with the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Attorney General, and the Federal HHS/OCR. I strongly recommend prospective patients demand all financial policies in writing and verify record-sharing procedures before providing any payment.

Dr Phillip's was my surgeon, he was AMAZING, explained everything in detail, was kind, professional.. I have zero complaints, I had little to no pain (discomfort yes) but nothing too bad, I took my pain meds on time and I'D DO IT AGAIN! I looked in the mirror 1 week after my tummy tuck and was already in aww.. It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm in love with the results, the scar, the shape of my body now. I only wish I did it sooner!! I brag about it to everyone!

DR Jeneby and team members were super professional. . I highly recommend this place to my friends coworkers and family.. I am a very satisfied customer.

I recently had a neck lift done by Dr.Jeneby. It took me a while to save and make the payments but Rosalinda and the office staff were very patient and encouraging. I have a tremendous respect for Dr. Jeneby and his team. He is responsible and will not even consider doing a procedure if he thinks your health is at risk. I am very pleased with the results, the saggy bands are gone from my neck and I can’t wait to get my BBL as soon as Dr. Jeneby says I’m ready!

I have Botox perform by none other than the not so famous Dr. himself. I was left with a huge black eye for two weeks. He and his staff (office manager Ashley$ truly do not care. I informed them what had happened. He/they basically said to bad so sad. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional uncaring and heart breaking service. Do not see this doctor unless you are a gluten for punishment! I intend on reporting him to the medical board …if you haven’t yet, please do so! I can’t imagine how many other patients he has done a must-service to but he should not be able to get away with this. I wish everyone the best out there!!
