Dr John took great care in explaining the hip replacement. He is very thorough and his staff is excellent. Feeling much better since surgery and on the way to recovery.

I took a time off from work and made arrangements for my 4 year old to be picked up from school and be cared for. I drove my mother all the way to this Dr's office just to be told in a very disrespectful manner that Dr. John doesn't participate in her insurance. I offered to pay whatever they charge, they said that it doesn't matter if I pay and they still can't see her. OK! CARELESS OFFICE STAFF, well, why don't you tell me that over the phone when I first call to make an appointment with you? I gave you her information, right? I told you what she had. Complete waste of our time because you are incompetent. Is that how you show respect to people who come to you for treatment?

He replaced both hips surgery was complicated and he was always in contact to ensure best care. Jerry his coordinator and Michelle his assistant were wonderful along with their staff. Highly recommended and that's coming from another dr.

Listens, answers all questions, knows his stuff, friendly, makes himself available, explains everything, worked with me to find correct treatment, in no hurry to operate. he says how u FEEL is what's important. a year after my consult, i finally decided on surgery total hip replacement due to 2ndary arthritis & scoliosis from congenital birth defect that caught up to me. i was young and hadn't wanted to do it. i had hip, lower back and knee pain. not anymore. he even made my legs the same length. i had 3/4 inch discrepancy. (short leg on the bad side.) not anymore. he always says to call or email and he answers all my emails. very thorough. i was always athletic and recovery was tough but i was back to all my activities within a couple of months. it's been a year. he said at this point to only come back if i feel the need. highly recommend. totally trust him. he fixed my problem and i got my life back.
