Dr. Thomas Sidney Kosasa, MD

Dr. Kosasa is a wonderful doctor! The plaque above his office reception desk describes him perfectly..."kind, sensitive & caring". I've been seeing him on and off for 4 years for fertility treatments and even two quick surgeries to remove endometrial spots and uterine polyps. I've had to have a few IUI treatments. He is always so positive and encouraging, and always puts me immediately at ease. He is very quiet and brief in his meetings, and for this reason, I always have a list of questions ready for him, which he is always happy to answer in an easy to understand manner. I recommend him to anyone trying to conceive or for any women who want a comfortable office environment and/ or an understanding gynecologist.

Dr. Kosasa is AMAZING! He is kind, sweet, humble and very soft spoken. He took his time with me and explained the IVF process very thoroughly. I couldn't have chosen a better doctor. I had been trying to get pregnant for six years and had no success. I was recommended to see Dr. Kosasa by some family and friends. It wasn't until I seen Pacific In Vitro's Mid Week article and I knew I had to make the call. Once I seen Dr. Kosasa in his private office he decided I was a perfect candidate for IVF. On my first cycle of IVF I got pregnant and now I have a beautiful baby boy. Every day I think about my gift from Dr. Kosasa and his staff at PIVF. I will forever be grateful.

Dr. Kosasa is a very HUMBLE man and physician. He does not boast, but helps so many people like me to start a family. I went through IVF with Dr. Kosasa and Pacific In Vitro Fertilization Institute. The staff worked so well together and I owe everything to them. I would totally recommend them to anyone who wants a caring, positive environment that is there to help

He is a VERY busy man, but that's because he's GREAT at what he does and tries to do the most good. He's honest and upfront with any and every question I've had.

He books patients back to back to BACK which forces him to rush through each patient. You can just tell he's in it for the money by trying to get as many people in 1 day. Doing this causes him to hurry you out and not give patients the opportunity to ask vital questions.

I would travel again to Hawaii just for this doctor and his staff. They were wonderful. Especially Laura, RN. The BEST when it comes to infertility problems. Compassionate and caring.
