Dr. Thomas Allen Ligon, DDS

I am 32 years old. Old to be having my teeth pulled. I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday morning, they were slightly sore right after, but they have legitimately not hurt since yesterday morning. I have no swelling, no bruising, nothing ?? I have put this off for years for fear of the pain and recovery, but Dr. Ligon is a magician. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Allen and staff were so friendly and helpful . Not to mention I didn’t have a ounce of pain ! Great people is all I can say ????

Dr Ligon did excellent job after I cracked a wisdom tooth. Staff were great. Dr Ligon took plenty of time with exam and explaining procedure and possible complications. Surgery went well and staff also ensured my husband was briefed on aftercare.

First I must point out that this review is primarily about the staff their helpfulness and knowledge and not Dr. Ligon's. The staff is rude and confrontational. They have no real desire to be helpful to their patients. Any questions are meet with an attitude as if you are wasting their time (in a hurry to get back to the personal business on their cell phones). This group is among the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered in a medical office setting on my life. They are not knowledgeable about the insurance plans they work with nor are they interested in learning. If Dr. Ligon is interested in his practice surviving there needs to be a cleaning of house among the office staff. These individuals are too far gone to consider retraining. Point them to the unemployment line Doc and hire some real professionals to represent you and your practice.
