I recently moved to Naples from PA & did my research on ENTs in the area. I found Dr Magardino to have the highest reviews so I decided to book a consultation. I've suffered with a deviated septum for over 10 years but have always back burnered this as a priority. Well, boy do I regret that! Dr. Magardino performed a Septoplasty and Turbinate Reduction and I can't begin to explain how happy I am with my results. I CAN BREATHE THROUGH MY NOSE! I didn't realize how bad I was suffering until I wasn't. I sleep so much better & wake up with NO dry mouth as I am able to breathe all night peacefully & soundly through my nose. My right ear was also clogged for years from the swelling in my sinuses & I can now hear again. Physicians Day Surgical Center where I had the outpatient surgery was exceptional from start to finish. At my follow up appointment, I literally hugged Dr M because I was so incredibly grateful for the impeccable surgery he performed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I thought I was lucky when I scored a cancelation appointment with Dr. Magardino. Was I ever WRONG. I had a blinding sinus headache when I made the appointment and was looking for potential answers. Dr. Magardino started by lecturing me that he and his office were not concierge medicine and insinuated that I did not deserve the appointment I got. I assured him I did not think he was a concierge doctor nor was I trying to use his practice as such. He then started in on me about how I should have gone to see my Primary Care Physician even though my PCP was the one who sent me to an ENT. I tried to explain this to him, but all he did was talk over me. He attributed my headache to a drop in barometric pressure and told me I was not sick. The doctor then went on a tirade about how there are not enough doctors in Naples, Florida as if that were my fault. He is clearly a very unhappy person who feels the need and desire to intimidate and berate vulnerable people who come to him for… help. I left his office in tears. I’m a breast cancer survivor who recently finished treatment and did not need his cruelty and vicious attack. What happened to “do no harm”?

I am now two months post-op for septoplasty. Totally hassle-free experience. Office staff was helpful, surgical site staff were kind, felt very comfortable and safe in the doctor’s hands. Dr. Magardino listens wells, answers questions readily, and takes his time. I highly recommend.

Great staff. Doctor Magardino listens carefully and answers thoughtfully. I had multiple procedures during my surgery to open my sinuses. I had very little pain in recovery. I am enjoying be able to breathe without frequent headaches and middle ear infections.

Told my brother he had a piece of metal stuck in his throat that would take a year to work its way out. We found out 2 months later that my brother had esophageal cancer after my brother's primary care doctor ordered testing. If only Dr. Magardino had ordered further testing my brother might have had more time. This dangerously incompetent doctor did not help my brother in any way. And he was defensive and arrogant when we saw him to top it off. A terrible doctor - do not go to him. Can't believe anyone would give him 5 stars..don't be fooled by his credentials they mean nothing if he can't help his patients.

Dr Magardino performed a tympanoplasty to repair my broken ear drum. The procedure went smoothly and exactly as he explained it to me. My appointments were always on time - little or no waiting. Friendly staff and no surprises with billing.

Dr was friendly & knowledgeable. Suggested a small in office procedure that he only performs during lunch hour, he said it's a "quick procedure that you don't need to take time off work for" After having insurance verified, scheduled an appt for few weeks later. Showed up for appt & doctor was running over an hour behind. Couldn't wait, so I rescheduled. The staff said call day of to check if running late again. Called to be told he's behind & to resched. to then be told Dr. refuses treat you. Oh well.

I am responding to the awful and hateful comment posted below. This person is not my patient! He has seen my partner for years and has been very happy with his care. However, he recently obtained an HMO, and did not notify our office of this. Our office does not accept his HMO and he was charged for his last visit. He is so angry that he has been charged that he is littering the Internet with slander against our practice. He also stated that his mother, who is my patient of mine for many, many years, would never be allowed to see me again. I only spoke with her to let her know that her son decided for her that she would no longer be allowed to see me even though she is my patient, and I have nothing to do with her son. I have NOT nor have I ever harassed her, but only informed her of what her son decided for her. She stated that I am the only one who cured her of her sinus problem and would certainly continue her care with me. It’s just such a shame that people use the Internet to… vent their anger in such unethical and shameful ways.
