Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. You end up speaking to 5 different staff members just to schedule an appointment and the most frustrating thing is they are all telling you different things.

He takes his time with you and really makes you feel heard

I've heard from multiple people that they also have had bad experiences with the staff here. The front desk receptionists have bad attitudes and don't know anything to help you. They seem to be getting paid to hang out and have conversations amongst themselves. If you have an appointment at a certain time they will make you wait a couple of hours and let other people who came in after you see the doctor first. It's favoritism. It's not fair. And it makes people not want to come back to this doctors office. This office also never calls or follows up to tell you about your lab test results. And if they do call, they violate HIPPA, and tell your personal information to whoever picks up the phone. Doctor did a Rapid Flu Swab, guess when they called with the results? Two weeks later...at that point why call? It's pretty obvious. Hope they will get better receptionists who are actually there to do their job and help people. I don't usually write reviews but the staff here was just that… upsetting.

What a great, knowledgeable doctor! Very kind and polite and knows his stuff. However, Office staff is very disappointing. Please reconsider some of the staff, Dr. Mathew!

If you want to waste an entire day then come here! The front desk are a bunch of uneducated woman who spend more time talking to each other than doing actual work. They need to get a dictionary because they clearly don't know the difference between an "appointment" and a "walk-in." If you ask them a question they ignore you. One of the rudest staff I have ever seen. Don't go here if you have a serious medical condition!

One of the worst staff ever. Very disorganized. They spend more time chit chatting with each other than answering a patients questions. If you make an appointment two weeks in advance you are considered â??a walk inâ?? appointment. The wait time to see the doctor is more than 3 1/2hrs. Front desk do not call names based on appointment your time but rather if you are friends with the patient. Donâ??t go here! Go to an urgent care if you want better service!
