What can I say that all of the other reviews do not? Office Manager is not a serious person, she clearly only has the position because she is married to the doctor. She has the personality of a wolverine whose been set on fire. I was a patient there for many years but I got tired of their BS. Purgason barely spends anytime with the patients, getting him to speak to you in more than one sentence is an act of Congress. Getting RXs refilled in a timely manner is an act of God. Cannot believe the amount of 5 star reviews on other sites, can't recommend trying other doctors more, it's a miserable experience to be a patient at this practice.

The doctor's wife Michelle is the rudest, most disrespectful,arrogant,unprofessional person I have EVER met. Enough said.

My experience at this doctor’s office was totally different from the people’s “testimonials “ on the office’s website. I encountered rudeness and a hostile attitude from a person named Michelle, who is the doctor’s wife. Other people on various rating websites have had a similar experience. It makes me question the validity of those “testimonials.” I do not recommend this practice.

Worst office staff I have ever encountered. Don"t understand why the doctor would even allow his wife Michelle to work there. No doubt the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever met.

My experience with this doctor’s office and staff was several years ago but I feel it is important to warn potential patients. I was shocked to see so many five star Google reviews. This is not an accurate assessment. I have read the negative reviews on other websites and trust me they are real. Rudest most unprofessional staff ever. Doctor’s wife Michelle wins the prize however. Doctor spends a limited amount of time with you.

Nothing good to say about this practice, especially Michelle the doctor’s wife who is also the office manager. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I quit going to this doctor primarily because of the office staff especially the office manager who is the doctor’s wife. She is the most arrogant and rudest person I have ever met. Also the doctor spends very little time with you.

There are many problems with this practice. The doctor spends very little time with you. Then there is his wife, who is the office manager. I have never in the many years I have been on this earth met anyone like this. She is very unpleasant to put it mildly. She is very disrespectful and full of herself. I do not have enough negative adjectives to describe this woman. The office run by her seems to be more concerned with getting money than providing patient care. I saw the numerous five star reviews on the practice website and another platform. Please do not believe them. Instead believe all the negative reviews and comments you see , especially concerning this person. I now go somewhere else.
