Dr. Thomas Anthony Rebori, MD

Dr. Rebori has been my doctor since 2004. At first I saw him 2-3 times a week through NorthShore. He helped climb out of the bottomless pit of the first clinical depression I experienced in my life. Later, when he went into private practice, I found a talk therapist, and still saw him for medication. He is a very compassionate, kind doctor. He took me off medications I did not need as I made progress. He gave me back my sanity. He is very flexible and really listens. One problem only, he only takes private pay.

Dr. Rebori is tops in his profession. He knows when to medicate, and when to take, or change medication. I have seen him for 10-15 years, first for clinical depression, and then for withdrawal from the awful psychic pain in which I was. He knew when to change, cease, or diminish a medication. Today, I a "normal" individual, taking only sleeping aids when necessary, Dr. Rebori listens carefully. He insists on nothing. I owe him my well-being, and recommend him highly.

Dr. Rebori has been treating me for over 10 years. He is as engaged today as he was when we first met. I never wait. He is always available by telephone. And he always follows up. He discusses my care plan with me and always listens to and responds to my questions. He is also clear, consider and consistent.

Dr Rebori is not just a great doctor, but a great human being. He is patient, total expert in psychiatry, medication management, and has a genuine concern for your well being. Dr Rebori will take a great interest in who you are and will always be there to help you. He will answer every phone call or email that you send to him. Once again, he is a great man.

After many years of seeing several different doctors, all of whom were highly recommended, I began to lose hope. The doctors were more interested in getting paid than helping me treat my clinical depression. Oftentimes, their treatments exacerbated my existing condition rather than alleviating it. Also, their lack of compassion was infuriating.Then, through the grace of God, I found Dr. Rebori. I cannot extol the greatness of his skills as a doctor and a great human being enough. He is truly the creme de la creme. His bedside manner is so warm and genuine. When it comes to med management his knowledge and creativity is beyond fantastic.If you have struggled in the past, and have yet to find the correct med cocktail for your situation, please consider making an appointment with Dr. Rebori. He is brilliant, caring, and truly dedicated to helping you.

Dr. Rebori is top-notch. He listens carefully, stays up to date with medications, communicates with my therapist as needed, answers my questions and follows up with me whenever necessary (and amazingly quickly, too). He is a caring person. I am impressed with him, and grateful for his expertise. I believe that good communication between doctor and patient is essential, and I'm fortunate that this is the case with me and Dr. Rebori. My only complaint is that he doesn't accept insurance or have a sliding scale, so he is very expensive. He has a lot of patients, and that tells me that he is highly regarded.
