I was told to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment and bring my meds by the very rude receptionist, so I arrived early. When I got there, I had one sheet to fill out and it was for my insurance! They didn't want to know my family history or my own medical history, they wanted insurance. The receptionist was as rude in person as on the phone and instead of opening the window with her hand, she used a ruler because she was too lazy to move up six inches. She also yelled at me for not bringing in my vitamins! She said meds, not vitamins and I don't take any medication! Dr. Shultz made me feel very degraded. I had several tests before I went to see him. When I tried to discuss them, he told me the test were probably wrong and because I was young, active, and looked healthy that there was nothing wrong with me. He also told me that a doctor I have a lot of faith in had no clue what he was looking at. This other doctor has been in practice for 30 years and found my own… grandmother's heart condition, whereas Dr. Shultz has been practicing for 6 years!! After telling me nothing was wrong with me, he ordered another CAT scan for the next day, after I just had one two weeks prior! He had a med student in the room and he seemed more interested in joking with him than helping me. I went in for the CAT scan the next morning and they never sent the order so I ended up waiting another hour until they opened so they could get a pre authorization! Needless to say, I am not going back to him and I am getting a second opinion. Dr. Shultz and his office staff are horrible and very disrespectful! If you don't know my medical history or my family history, how can you treat me?

Not certain of his experience...talks a lot of big words I couldn't understand.

I got lota of attention when I got my heart surgery and now it's hard to get an appointment.
