Dr. Thomas Joseph Shacochis, MD

Dr. Shacochis was one of the best doctors I have ever had. He took time with me and was very caring and thorough. I went to him for 15 years. I am sad to see him retire. I will never find another doctor like him. He was one of a kind and had a great bedside manner. A very intelligent man who had a great way of talking to his patients. If you had a problem that he needed to address; he would take as much time as needed to come up with a course of action. He will truly be missed.

Dr. Shacochis is a great doctor. He takes time to listen to my concerns. He is good about ordering labs and other necessary tests and does send you the rsults wit any recommendations based on the reslts. He does get a lttle uset when a patient doesn't listen to what he tells them, lie following a special diet when you have diabetes. He has a great sense of humor. I would definately recommend him.

My grandmother has been going to him for years. She was just diagnoised with stage 4 cancer. He never noticed it which is crazy. She was in the hospital (due to a heart attack) and she was diagnoised within hours. Her legs have been swollen for months and she has had a bad cold he never did a thing about it. Stay away from him he does not care.

I have been going to Dr. Shacochis for over 25 years and he's wonderful. He spends a lot of time with me and has a lot to say. He's very honest and truly cares about you. He's passionate and can get carried away with his thoughts. Some of the reviews state he doesn't listen - simply not so. He gets caught up in his passion, if something is really bothering you, tell him, assert yourself and he will give you all the time in the world. He's a character, full of personailty and I strongly recommend him.

Rude, did not care to listen to the problem and never turned around to talk to me face to face. Would not recommend this doctor.
