Dr. Thomas Byron Sneed, MD

He might be a good Dr. I don’t know never got the chance to find out. He treated my father with Chemo. The tumor was gone, but thought some cells might passed through his limp nodes. As a precaution he wanted to do 4 treatments on my dad. My dad had other problems also, but my complaint is that my mother called and called. He was to check my dad and call her to let her know anything. Not much left to do for him tho. It’s just the fact we put our trust into his hands and he didn’t even have enough bedside manners to contact my mother to give even his condolence. As a Dr I know he’s busy during these times, but 1 phone call for 5 min would have sure made her felt better than “on well he’s just another case” we have had calls form his other Dr’s. I just feel that was very very disrespectful to our family mostly my mother that lost her husband of 57 years!

Dr Sneed and CARTI has been like family to me an my husband. We have been with Dr Sneed since 2013, Dr Sneed, provides excellent care to his patents. I love the fact that even when Chemo ends, Dr Sneed cares enough to make sure the Cancer stays gone. I have Cancer free for five years, but, the found another spot on my Lung so Dr Sneed is keeping a close watch on that. If it does turn out to be recurring Cancer I know I will be in the very Best Care, haveing Dr Sneed caring for me, and the CARTI Family Team, also there for support. dr Sneed looked after my Aunt for her last 15 yrs.with cancer. would stop & check in almost daily. Kept her going. I have cancer now for 9 years & he has taken great care of my situation. he is so much better than the 2 previous doctors I had. Totally committed to his patients..

Dr. Sneed has been helping me stay alive since 2012. He calls me a walking miracle. He is a very busy man, but he cares deeply for his patients. He even visited me in the hospital on the weekend! I trust him with my life!

Dr. Thom is great! He stood by me and treated me when he did not have to! My cancer is gone, but I have suffered for years from the effects of radiation and he has gone above and beyond to help me. I am blessed to be cancer-free and I am blessed to have Dr. Sneed as my Oncologist!

Doesn't follow up on tests ordered after an appointment. Leaves the room before you can ask questions.
