Dr. Thomas Matthew Spears, MD

I recently attended an independent medical exam with Mr. Spears. Its very obvious that he is extremely biased. He did not thoroughly look at the history of my claim and only took what he wanted from it. He tried to discredit previous objective medical findings from other medical professionals (with many more years of experience than him) that were very involved with my treatment and tried to come up with his own analogy after meeting me for a half hour visit. Its very clear after reading his report that he is trying to gain brownie points with the insurance company. It is very sad that he has decided to discredit my pain and the years of pain I have suffered. With him and my past employer trying to fear monger me from getting the treatment I needed. I am the kind of person that hides my pain and dont like to put people out. I work for my money and dont like to take help unless I need it. My life goal is to WORK for my money. Which I have done most of my life. I didnt even report my… injury to my employer right away in fear of losing my job. It just so happend that co workers saw it happen and watched me trying to carry on working while barely able to walk for several days and reported it to a supervisor. You've got me labeled wrong Mr. Spears. BTW the arthritis in my knee came only two years after injury...not 10. Do your homework. (check the nuclear bone scan in 2012-2013) It doesn't lie
