Dr. Stackhouse was very friendly, and knowledgable. He was able to provide options that followed the person centred care model. I would recommend this physician for anyone seeking medical advice from a professional in the ear nose and throat area.

This provider surprised me with his warmth, attentiveness, and general empathy. Of course also his knowledge and ability to speak to issue. Highly recommend.

Very quick excellent diagnosis and friendly

Was in to see Dr Stackhouse several years ago ago with chronic sinus congestion which would turn into infection issues, especially in my right sinus. The surgery went well and has resolved 98% of my issues with the right side. After the surgery, I could finally feel my left side and I came back to him a few weeks later asking for the left side. He recommended that I wait to see how the day to day went. This was a good suggestion, as after a couple months left side congestion was barely noticeable. Now that it has been several years since then, I asked my primary doctor about increasing congestion (although little infection so far) he recommended Dr Stackhouse who ordered a CT to confirm conditions and followed up with a prescription for a strong antibiotic to clear an apparent low grade infection shown in the CT. As that did not resolve for me I went in to follow up with him today where he asked about my symptoms and he explained the visuals from the CT. He walked through the options… for care and what he recommended which seemed reasonable and prudent for my conditions and age. He was efficient with our time and respectful of my questions. Even though I dislike any surgery I am looking forward to the results from his demonstrated skills and being able to breathe through my nose.

Best visit ever my ear was plugged because I had part of an ear swab stuck in the canal and I couldn’t hear very well for about a month and a half. And he was able to go in there and delicately pulled it out so I could get my hearing back if it was an answer to prayer. I am so thankful that Dr. Stackhouse was delicate tender and did a great job. No pain highly recommend him.

Dr Stackhouse is absolutely fantastic. He was on time, friendly, and extremely competent. I couldn’t ask for anything more. His staff is equally incredible. This clinic is only five stars!

Took awhile to be taken back, 30 minutes after set appointment, but once I got back there it was so quick. Dr. Thomas Stackhouse figured out what the issue was within 2 seconds. Made sure I was comfortable during the entire visit. Only took 5 minutes.

Was knowledgable but appointment felt rushed. Conclusion was everything looks normal so I can’t help you with the symptoms you're experiencing. Disappointing after waiting 6+ weeks to be seen.
