Dr. Thomas Joseph Vento, MD

I have been looking for a new primary care physician for several month and after research and reviews I decided to try Dr. Vento. After an email and a voice mail that were not returned, I decided to stop into the office to introduce myself (and my husband) and inquire as to what needed to be done to become new patient since numerous sources noted that they were taking new patients. Upon entering the empty waiting room, I saw two name plates near the person sitting nearest the door and asked if she was Franceca and she said no, so I asked if she was Margaret and she confirmed. I asked my question and was told they were not accepting new patients. I asked why resources said they were and was told they had recently decided to stop accepting new patients until January 2027. We turned and walked out. I did a google review about what happened (facts) and Dr. Vento responded like a pompous NARCISSIST.

Very compassionate Doctor. Listens to all of your concerns, makes sure that everything is good with your health, very professional as well as the receptionists and medical assistants.

Dr. Bento provides minimal care. He does not listen nor attend to issues or concerns. He needs to leave his politics off of social media. Staff is unfriendly. It’s difficult to get through to the office and messages aren’t returned. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Vento has been one of the best physicians we have had. We find his attitude, compentency and ability to be top drawer with a staff that is a compliment to him. He us not a production line physician, but a person interested in you, your healthcare and well being. Out entire family goes to him and we find his mannor and candor refreshing. Please, if you don't appreciate his values don't go to waste his time and take up space. There are other doctors that may suit you better

Never had an issue with waiting. He respects your appointment time. Great doctor!

I moved here from Philadelphia and needed a new doctor. Dr. Vento was recommended to my by an associate and I couldn't be more pleased. He is so attentive, compassionate and seems to have an overall interest in his patients. As long as I am alive, I will keep Dr. Vento as my Primary Doctor. Thank you Dr. Vento and Staff!!!!

Had been looking for a doctor for some time. (Not pleased w/ my current one). Just happended to receive a postal mailing for Worthington, chose one and was most impressed with the staff, the short waiting time, and the doctor's likable, professional attitude. Will definately return to Dr V.

Dr. Vento is an amazing doctor who I have been lucky enough to find as my primary care doctor. Appointments always in a day or two, wait times less than 10 min. And this guy is the man, you tell him whats wrong and he lets you know exactly whats going on and exactly what needs to be done. Staff is wonderfull, I've recommended this Dr to multiple other people and they have all been estatic as well.

As indicated in my rating, Dr. Vento is exceptionally caring and compassionate. He takes whatever time is necessary without your feeling being rushed through. He is accessible, which is almost impossible with other offices. There should only more M.D.'s like him in the medical field today.
