Dr. Winkler is the best! I had nasal septal reconstruction, turbinate reduction and a tonsillectomy all at the same time for my sleep apnea and the results were amazing! I didnt even know it was possible to breath or sleep this well. Dr. Winkler reached out to me over text before and after my surgery to see how I was recovering and to answer any questions. This was the best treatment I have ever experienced from any doctor! He truly cares about his patients from start to finish. His calm manner really put me at ease through this entire experience. I am living such a happier and healthier life thanks to Dr. Winkler!

When I presented to Dr. Winkler's office his evaluation was thorough and explanation of options clear. Surgery went smoothly with good results. I was very impressed with his availability post op - he checked up on me regularly and made himself easily available to answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Winkler and his Team are fantastic! The office staff is welcoming, kind, and goes the extra mile to make sure they can help you with any admin that is required. Dr. Winkler not only prepared us well for the operation, but his calm demeanor gave us confidence. After the surgery, Dr. Winkler contacted us daily to check in on our daughter and confirm that her post-op symptoms were normal and answer any questions we had. Our 4 year old daughter had both her tonsils and adenoids taken out and she is breathing so much better now and does not snore any longer! We would recommend Dr. Winkler to anyone looking for a pediatric ENT!

Dr Winkler is an amazingly good doctor! He recently conducted a tonsillectomy on my daughter. He is professional, highly knowledgeable about a rare disorder, unhurried, accessible and very responsive, in no way condescending and genuinely sympathetic and kind. He stayed in touch daily throughout her recovery, giving us real-time support and peace of mind. I’m actually in awe, because that is far from the experience we’ve had with most doctors. I highly recommend Dr Winkler!

Despite warnings from other doctors that adult tonsillectomy was brutally painful, I found myself really needing one after a tonsillar abscess episode at the ripe old age of 36. Dr. Winkler made the experience easy to navigate and made himself personally available to my husband and myself by phone in case I had any questions or concerns during recovery. He set our minds at ease, and my even my child's pediatrician told me I was in good hands. She was right! Dr. Winkler made sure I had adequate pain and nausea relief, which was so critical in avoiding the bad experiences I'd heard about. I'm very grateful for his compassionate care and recommend him whole-heartedly to others.

Dr. Winkler is one of the best, most personable and knowledgeable doctors. He did an amazing job performing our 2 year old son’s adenoidectomy which was done as an outpatient at the Mass Avenue Surgical Center. The surgical center was very clean and the staff were wonderful with our son. The surgery went great and he was back to his normal energetic self, bouncing off the walls later that night as if nothing had happened. Dr. Winkler made sure to reach out to us several times by phone and text weeks before the procedure and again after surgery and answered all our questions and definitely calmed our nerves and explained everything thoroughly. We truly can’t say enough good things. If you need an incredible ENT who truly cares about his patients’ wellbeing you will be in great hands with Dr. Winkler!

Dr Winkler was effective but his office has been unresponsive and unhelpful in sending me the insurance refund or telling me the context. They now say they sent the refund to a wrong address. Its a problem when they seek full payment on the treatment and their lack of responsiveness in keeping me informed of the insurance refund, and rudely questioning me when I try and enquire. Its a small amount but its the process that is the question.

Our son had been experiencing chronic sinus infections which only worsen when he left for college. Dr Winkler removed his tonsils and corrected his deviated septum. Due to the surgery's 2 week recovery window, Dr Winkler & his staff also took the time to help us in our communications with our son's professors & college which was greatly, greatly appreciated. It was a stressful time and we're very grateful for ALL his help. Our son Garrett is in a much better place now thanks to Dr Winkler and his team!
