Dr. Thomas Jason Wolf, MD

He cannot look up from his laptop long enough to listen. I have been his patient a few years, he has never cured nor correctly diagnosed anything for me yet. He acts like he is afraid to touch you. No matter how sick you are, he isn’t concerned enough to even look in you ears. He never thoroughly goes over bloodwork with you, and any listed issues he downplays. Very neglectful, careless, & seems to not have a clue who you really are.

Was having issues with blood pressure. Dr. Wolf prescribed medicine but blood pressure was still extremely high. I called the office and Dr. never called me back. Office staff called and told me he was calling in a new prescription but it was the exact same prescription I was already taking. I changed Doctors.

We recently moved to North Carolina and were in search of an Internal Medicine Physician. Being very familiar with the medical industry, I was a little surprised when the receptionist told us that we needed to provide all of the health information and current drugs before the doctor would decided on whether he would take you on as a patient. I asked when we would hear back on his decision and was told usually within a week. 3 weeks later I finally called back and the receptionist proceeds to tell me that the doctor has declined to take my spouse on as a patient (we have excellent insurance). I asked at what point was anyone planning on calling us to advise of this decision and in her unprofessional response she proceeds to tell me that they don't call you back. Really ? Your office takes the time to document all the information I provide and you don't think it's common courtesy to call the potential patient back with the decision. Medical providers anymore have become so… disconnected from the patient.

Dr Wolf is one of the most thoughtful, compassionate, and thourough Dr ive seen in my 39 years of going to the doctors. You are in great hands if Dr wolf is a part of your heath care :) plus Kim is also AMAZING!

Dr. Wolf provided quick and accurate responses to questions and concerns.

Rarely have to wait more than 15-20minutes. Dr Wolf has always been friendly and attentive. He takes time to explain /teach about medical conditions and preventative care. Follow up could be a little quicker but overall very satisfied.

Do not go to Dr. Wolf. He may fall asleep sitting in his corner. At least his trusty lap computer will catch him. Dr. Wolf seems to be either "out of it", or just doesn't care. He's a sloth. I've gone to him several times, and he's gotten worse. This is a shame, because he has a very nice office staff and nurses. Never again!

Courteous and professional.

Dr. Wolf should be more aware that his nurse doesn't follow through with his patient's needs and requests. She seems nice, but is very forgetful or slack on making specialist appointments, contacting patients with test results/reports, or following up on patient requests and prescriptions. I've been seeing Dr. Wolf for several years, his nurse (won't print her name) is getting much worse.

I haven't been seeing Dr Wolf for a long period of time, but he seems very caring, professional, and accurate. His office staff is the BEST I have ever experienced. They are wonderful, including Connie, his nurse.
