Dr. Thomas John Zweifel, DO

Dr was to read our daughters results on a Thursday. Family waited until 10pm being told he was in the hospital. Never showed up. Following day he walked into our deaf daughters room and wrote " you have brain cancer". Then left. Not even a nurse with her to get the news. We had her moved to St Luke's. TERRIBLE terrible day in our lives.

Doesn't seem to truly care for his patients!

Thank God this Doctor is retired. He was very rude, talked above you and gave you the impression that he hated his job. I wrote Zweifel a note detailing my symptoms and he promptly gave me an appointment the next morning. The thing was - he never read the note , telling me it was too long to read. Money was more important to him than doing a good job for his patients. No bedside manner whatsoever.

Dr. Zweifel has been caring for me for 28 years. He has always been most concerned for my health and well being. And my care giver concurrs.

I would not choose this doctor again. He doesn't listen to you. He talks above you. He has no bed side manner. Overall, he is rude and arrogant. His staff is no better. They are inept. They didn't call to tell us the doctor was not in for our scheduled appointment and told us when we arrived that he was not in the office that day. The nurse was mean and rude.

I have never been treated so rudely on the phone, and In the lobby. The staff was absolutely disrespectful, Lied and are unwilling to work with anybody. I was told one thing on the phone, had my procedure and then they said insurance would not cover it here. would have never went there if it wasn't. I could have gone to a place that would have. Then they actually started yelling at me in the lobby regarding the bill, in front of my young six year old daughter. I have never been more embarrassed in which I stated that insurance is paying them directly out my health saving account monthly, even though they are receiving payments, and have received a letter from my workcomp attorney that they will be paid. They still harass me with letters. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this firm. I am amazed that a doctor would have such an unwelcoming and hostile environment, from his staff, which lie about if your procedure is covered, and then treat you like scum of the earth cause you are… making payments on a bill rather than paid in full. And even when you make several attempts to try and work it out they lash out at you on the phone, and its bad when any other facility ive been to is willing to work with people, and the fact that that they are receiving payments automaticly they still harass you. Please double check and look for another facility, as no one should have to be treated with this much disrespect and unkind business practice they are running there.

Honestly, there is not many positive things I could say about this place/Dr. & staff. The staff was rude, incompetent, & made me feel uncomfortable. After the first visit, i thought I'd give it another chance to see if things would change. Little did I know that the staff & dr. Would still make me feel uncomfortable. They're attitude & whole environment was not welcoming at all. DON'T EVER GO THERE.

I have a very complicated history of chronic migraines and pain and even brain surgeries - some doctors would just dismiss or prescribe me painkillers but Dr. Z was willing to help me. And although we haven't conquered the migraines yet, he is willing to spend the office time with me to listen and try to make what I'm going through better - which is more than I have felt with professionals in MIlwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay. Thank you Dr. Z.

The office Manager was very rude to deal with on the phone and hung up on me several times without bothering to even listen to my comments

With a long history of uncontrolled migraines, this was the first doctor to develop a successful treatment plan. My quality of life went from a 3 to a 9. I could understand if some people might find his bedside manner lacking, however, I enjoy his wry wit and appreciate his directness and honesty.
