Dr. Thuy Truong Le, DO

I'd give her zero stars if I could. She does not care for her patients AT ALL. She is condescending when she speaks to you, and does the bare minimum. I came to her after I did an ultrasound sponsored by my work found abnormal fluid, and she blew me off, and actually chastised me for paying for this service, as she called it "unnecessary". I work in a high stress field and I personally know of peoples lives who were saved using this service. And who is Dr. Le to tell me what to do with MY OWN money? I came to her asking for an explanation for this abnormal fluid buildup, and I got NONE. At the end of that appointment, she made it a point to tell me that I am a few pounds heavier than my last visit, and she made me feel like I am morbidly obese. She said she would like to see me at a weight that I haven't been since I was in high school. I was completely done after this appointment. I just changed doctors, thankfully, and I will never ever ever go to Dr. Le again. There is a reason why… she is always accepting new patients...because her patients keep leaving her!

Poor bedside manor. Also felt she didn’t care about testing needed or my symptoms.

I am very content with the Dr. Truong as she is very caring and compassionate. She was thorough in her assessment when I went in for my exam. She communicated her concerns and educated my on my symptoms.

I came to her office complaining of foot pain. She did not bother to order an X-ray. I have doubts as to whether she honestly felt an X-ray was not medically necessary, or whether she refused to order an X-ray just to save a little money.Over a month later I had to drag myself into Kaiser's ER to finally get an X-ray, which turned out to have irregularities. I wish I could tell you how this whole saga ends, unfortunately Kaiser moves slowly and it will be months before I am certain as to whether or not I have a life threatening tumor in my foot.
