This is the first time I meet her. Dr. Colleen was my original surgeon. I think she was great, she even looked back in his notes. Great job

She was very pleasant. Took the time to show me the x-ray and explained what that x-ray was showing. While examining my wrist and hand she was able to confirm my diagnosis. I never felt like she was rushing our visit. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Tierney was attentive, took notes, listened actively and didn’t dismiss any of the information that I brought to her. She asked in depth open ended questions and inspected my limb thoroughly. She shared her knowledge and when there wasn’t a clear answer about my issues she explained that. Then she ordered more tests and is going to consult with some of her colleagues to assess my situation. With the hope and premise of finding answers and a solution. Her time and attention to patients is impressive. Thank you!

I was hesitant to go to the doctors and get checked for carpal tunnel. I generally dont care for doctors or offices in general. Dr. Grosskopf was great, she put me at ease by talking to me at my level and explaining what I was dealing with in regards to my pain and numbness and then telling me the options available. Im not afraid to admit I was nervous prior to the first surgery on my hand and elbow but the staff was great and helped to keep me relaxed prior to the procedure. Everything went great, she did an awesome job of explaining my recovery and making sure my questions were answered. So much so that I was actually excited to go back and get my other hand and elbow done. Our follow up appointments were informative and handled professionally. I have already recommended Dr.Grosskopf to my neighbors and will continue to do so moving forward. Another thing I thought was cool, was when I complemented her at our last follow up she made sure to credit her team. Saying she has a great… team behind her and that kind of humility is rare to find. Thank you again for everything you did!
