Dr. Tiffany Lea Anderson Terrell, DO

Dr. Anderson Terrell was nice and thorough but I only met her once as a new patient. Nurse Practitioner Nat was nice and thorough at first, but when I came in with allergic reactions she was dismissive and would not budge on getting me a referral to any specialists I requested for my allergic reactions. She ultimately did, but it took like 6 or so visits (so weeks passed by for these visits and I was still experiencing awful allergic reactions) When I did visit and said how topical/oral treatments weren't working and I wanted to see finally see a specialist I was met with passive aggressive back and forth. After a while, I felt I was being breadcrumbed my diagnosis by this office at best, or medically gaslight at worst. I have never been dismissed and mistreated like this by any medical professional before until I encountered this office. I chose this office because it was ran by women, but this has been the worst clinical treatment I have ever experienced.

For many years I have been looking for a good doctor. I finally found the best. Friendly, informative, she listens and is always cheerful.

I found Dr. Anderson – Terrell to be professional, caring, well-informed, answered my questions, and she is a good listener. I have been with her for years now, and I would never have another doctor. The staff are all professional and efficient, I'm very happy with my experiences here.

Dr. TAT is amazing. She goes above and beyond her job to make sure she delivers quality care. She has done a home visits on my wife who was too ill to make it to the office. I am grateful for her compassion.

I think Dr. Anderson is wonderful. She listens, doesn't rush you and I found her to be very caring. In fact, the whole staff is great. I really find it hard to believe some of these reviews. I would highly recommend her.

Poor bedside manner, seemed very uncaring and not thorough. Lack of attention to detail leading to many inconveniences, office hours are extremely inconvenient. Office staff is not professional or nice, expect to wait on hold for 10+ minutes whenever you call. Would not recommend nor would I return.
