Dr, Fife and his staff are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Fife is patient and takes time to listen and understand his patient's needs. He is patient wonderful at explaining details answering questions. I feel very confident in him and in his staff.

Dr. Fife is an incredible physician/surgeon! He resolved my issue with a speedy surgery and I no longer "aspirate" food &/or liquid into my lungs!!!! However, the most incredible thing he did for me was to visit me EVERY DAY I WAS HOSPITALIZED!!! He will never know how much that meant to me -- as does/would to ALL his patients. Thank you, Doc, for your knowledge, competence and caring -- for someone who was SCARED to be there!!!! You are an incredible doc and a blessing to your profession.

Dr Fife scheduled a surgery on 04AUG17; he stood me up and has never returned a call from me or vets choice since; medical board complaint filed, attorneys hired.

Sent to Dr Fife by veterans choice; waited two months for appointment - doc was 90 minutes late. At the end of our appointment, we agreed on surgery - he said his scheduler would be in contact. I had to call her, two weeks later; she pled "overworked and understaffed" repeatedly; said she hadn't submitted a request for additional services to the VA yet, but still wanted to schedule my operation. She said "this is how we do it; I know what I'm doing; work with vets choice all the time." Well, apparently she didn't know what she was doing (nor did Dr Fifes office ever actually read the referral - had they done that, they would have learned that all necessary services had been authorized as part of the referral) because the surgery didn't take place. .. No, they didn't call or write to cancel, they simply didn't call or write with the surgery time, after sending me a surgical appointment slip with august 4th listed. When his office failed to telephone to me with a time on the… 3rd, as the letter they sent me said they would, I telephoned to them for information, wherein I was put on hold for 75 minutes; I realized later that they had gone home for the day and left me waiting on the line. Since August 4th, they have failed to respond to requests from myself, and demands from veterans choice and the va, for an explanation. I've filed a complaint with the Medical board and am interviewing malpractice attorneys. Beware.
