I have been with this urology group for over 40 years. After my Dr retired, I was assigned a new Dr., and I am more than pleased with how quick Dr Richardson moved on with my medical problems as though he had been my doctor forever.

The entire staff was helpful. They asked the right questions and most importantly they listened to my answers. Dr. Richardson was pleasant and knowledgeable in every way. He quickly earned respect and trust. Dr. Richardson listened discussed plans and had me engaged as part of my medical decisions. The entire team was professional, pleasant and welcoming.

He focused ONLY on one causation of my problems, was an hour and a half later than my scheduled appointment, did NOT listen to the fact I told him I have severe abdominal pain with my other symptoms and did NO physical exam whatsoever to try and determine the cause for the pain! My mother was with me and could not believe how rude and unprofessional I was treated as a patient! I will go to my PCP for a referral out to a different provider as this experience was horrible and felt unethical for a Dr to treat me in this manner!

I see doctor in Ark city KS , he and his team manages all my care greatly with no issues, great bedside manner and very caring and family oriented. Would recommend to all my friends and family with no hesitation.
