Tim Schrader, MD, is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Through research I learned that Dr Schrader is one of the best hip dysplasia doctors in Atlanta. He lived up to the hype! Although I wasn’t a candidate for his surgical speciality, he took time to explain what was happening with my body to me and my husband. He is a truly caring physician. He referred me to another specialist that can help me. He was the 4th doctor I saw about my dysplasia and I’m so grateful to have seen him before letting any other orthopedic doctor touch me. Super impressed!

Dr. Schrader has done 2 surgeries on our son and we follow up with him every 6 months. While we were devastated to learn our son needed surgery, I wouldn't want our son to see anyone else. Dr. Schrader saved his leg and he is still able to play travel baseball and just be a very active 13 year old. Dr. Schrader is extremely knowledgeable, answers all of my questions and I never leave his office feeling like something was missed. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Schrader. The office is also well ran and always on time. I highly recommend Dr. Schrader to anyone needing ortho surgery. Thank you Dr. Schrader!!

My child received excellent care from Dr Schrader. She needed two separate surgeries about a year apart and the results have surpassed our expectations.

I was born with Club foot and he was my surgon and is my Orthopedic Surgern.

Dr. Schrader does not explain himself well, and he does not seem most interested in the welfare of his youngest, most vulnerable patients. I will never go back to him.

Seeing Dr. Schrader was like a breath of fresh air after several failed diagnosi. I'm now 6 weeks post op and am still just as pleased. Excellent surgeon with great bedside manner!

Had to wait a long time to see Dr Schrader, but the office staff was incredible and Dr Schrader was an excellent communicator, not using a bunch of technical jargon, and was terrific with my daughter. Went there for 2nd opinion, and won't be going back to the 1st Ortho.
