Do not do lipo 360 with dr. Alexander. One side of my stomach is bigger than the other even after I lost 25 pounds after surgery. My waist is still wide & swishy to the touch. He does not shape your body after as well. Complete waste of money, time & pain

No stars. He mutilated me

Had Tummy Tuck liposuction, drain came out 3 days after surgery I live out of state, I stayed 9 days in Florida, instead of reinserting drain, drained off fluid on the 8th day sent me back on plan. Since then 3 liters fluid drained off, 2 inpatient hospital stays, 2 more emergency surgeries 200k in medical bills, refused post op care when I called and asked them if I needed to fly in.

Amazing skill, great to the point patient care, I adore him and could not be happier with my results!!

Dr.Alexander is extremely rude during his consultation he does take the time to explain the procedure nor does he address any concerns or questions.. The consultant is no more that 2 mins ... what could you possibly address in two minutes regarding a surgical procedure... I am highly disgusted with the service I received.. Seeking other options..

I read all the reviews on this site and others some good some bad and I have to avoid letting the bad ones prejudice me. So I went for my consultation with Dr. Alexander. I prepared ahead of time, having been to many plastic surgeons, so I generated three pages worth of questions single spaced!! First off he is Australian and having been there I know the personality types and the way they speak. He is short to the point and pleasant. How perfect is that ? Also and I think this is the reason for a couple of the negative responses, if you ask for something that basically is not going to turn out well for you or is really not feasible because of your structure or you asked for something to a degree that's not going to work out well he will say no because it is his name on the work and after all he is the expert which is why am paying him I wasn't ignorant when I went in there and I asked a lot of questions including about some of the bad reviews and I got answers that I can… certainly understand. As with any place you're liable to get some people who don't like things for good reasons or for really no reason at all. It's only a consultation so far but I immediately felt his knowledge, his experience, and he was totally open to what I was looking for as well as to discussing any of the reviews that I had on my mind. A specific when I asked about for example work on my nose he immediately took to drawing and explaining in such detail that if I had the skills I could've done the surgery myself! I totally visualized everything he was doing because he explained every detail in a nice slow pace so I would understand as well. PERFECT!! Yes I would let him put me under and work on me and that of course is the hardest thing to do But it's where the rubber meets the road. I was never rushed and had plenty of time even to sit afterwards take my time with the portfolios come up with new questions for when they came back. I found nothing frustrating about him at all even if I asked the same question a couple of times out of nervousness. He was polite smiling and responsive as well as his staff and Donna who put you immediately at ease. About the only thing if I have to find something to pick a fault well is that his portfolio has a lot of new entries that are not yet put nicely into the pages so that could use a little bit of dressing up but I will take a portfolio in havoc and awesome work over an awesome portfolio and work that is a havoc I have looked in other countries as well assuming I would automatically get more for my money and better quality of work overseas but this doctor just ruined that believe that I had. He will see me as soon as I figure out my budget In brief for a consultation, I'm going to give him an A+ and I have been to more than five plastic surgeons and written four more as well as having Skype interviews so I'm not an expert but I'm not stupid with this either. If you let negative comments dissuade you without even finding out for yourself then the injustice was done to you by yourself. Go check it out for yourself I doubt you won't come away with a really positive impression.

He did my nose twice. Both times he honestly was awful. Just a miserable old man who should retire. The first time he did nothing that I wanted so I chose to get it redone. The redo has been horrifying. My nose is now bent and crooked and overall looks mangled. Even worse now my breathing on the left side is completely gone. When I woke up from surgery I had a scratch on my eye (corneal abrasion) the pain I was in I can’t describe to you in this review. Was it dr Alexander or someone in the operating room? Who knows..but after the surgery my uncle raced me at 100mph to a random eye doctor who said it was the worst eye scratch he’s ever seen in his career and it was done during the surgery with dr Alexander. In addition they damaged my throat causing so much pain I couldn’t eat or drink for nearly two weeks and I lost 20 pounds..avoid this doctor...he is a total jerk and doesn’t care whether your happy or not. Do not make the mistake I did. I was foolish when I met him I could tell he… was awful. But yet still I proceeded. Also avoid the south Florida plastic surgery center. They didn’t even care when I called them to tell them what happened in their facility. No return call. Nothing. They like dr Alexander do not care.

I had my surgery in 1999 had a great experience so in 2014 it was time to change the Saline implants so that’s when I met Dr Alexander, he did my implants and lift within 6 moths i had To go back as they were bottoming out so in 2015 had the revision Breast implants with Breast lift when i went back a week later for post op I expressed concerns they were doing the same thing he said it’s just the way your looking at them so here we are in 2018 and I met with another plastic surgeon to fix my awful breast job! They are bottoming out and the nipples are pointing upward which shouldn’t be. I would not recommend anyone to this place ever again.

I went in for a bbl and 20 mins before I was to have he changed it to a tummy tuck and said I would not be happy with my bbl . I could not even think I needed a tummy tuck. And I never seen him again . I would call as I gotten sick and was in the hospital for 2 weeks . Not one call from him or anyone in his office . I would run and look for someone who cares about his work and the safety of his patients. I had this done in 2016 . I almost died .
