Dr. Barczak was the rudest doctor I have come across. He showed no compassion at all.

I went to this office for several years. The front office staff were always rude, and very snotty at times. I was switched from one provider to another with no reason given, as I could clearly see that my previous provider was still there and did not leave the practice. There was several issues with scheduling appointments, and billing errors. I did like Dr. Barczak, just not the office itself. I thought once they moved, things would change. Unfortunately, they got worse. The front office staff was worse than before, and EATING at their desk with patients in front of them! I was treated like an inconvenience when I called at 3:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon for an EMERGENCY, even by Dr. B. I would not recommend this office at ALL until they figure out their billing issues and hire a friendly, professional front desk staff.
