Dr. Timothy Patrick Bohan, MD

Wrongly diagnosed my son with a severe form of regressive autism. We spent thousands of dollars on therapies. We had to stop them as we could not afford them, our son is fine he is not autistic and developing perfectly normally.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Bohan for 18 years. This doctor has helped us get through some very tough times. I never thought my daughter would be where she is today. Happy, college graduate and starting her own business. His love for our family is none like we have ever experienced. I have always found his office staff very professional, helpful and cheerful. Calls are always returned within the day and questions answered. You feel like family when you enter the office greeted with a smile and genuine concern for your child is felt. A heartfelt thanks for 18 years of dedication to our daughter!

Dr Bohan is quite okay but the lady in his office is just plain rude.

We waited 55 minutes from the start of our appointment time. Total wait was 1hr and 10 minutes because we were requested to show up 15 minutes early. We've been waiting over a month for his diagnoses report and we have no faith that we are going to get it any time soon. When we call we get excuses rather than answers. I am so sad that this is my review. We have an appointment scheduled to have our child seen by another Neurologist so that the therapists can have a copy of a diagnoses. This experience has wasted valuable developmental time for our child. Frustrated and sad!

Do not use this DR I will be speaking to my solicitor

The office staff was extremely rude. Dr. Bohan was even worse. He did not even want to listen and kept telling us he was too busy.This was the worst experience of our lives. Would never go there again, and definitely would NOT recommend Dr. Bohan for ANY patient. I am not sure how he is able to continue to practice.

My encounter with the Dr. Bohan and his office staff was horrible. His intake person was uneducated about my child's condition and couldn't understand what I was trying to explain to her. Dr. Bohan was rude and didn't listen to what I tried to tell him. I will never go this practice again.

We have been with Dr. Bohan for 11 years. He literally made it possible for our son to be able to have a life. We have made many tweaks through the years to his medication. We have nothing but praise for him. We love the attention to detail and our needs. He is a brilliant person and has a quirky way about him which is very endearing. He gave us a lot of phone support during Hurricanes Rita and Ike when we were having a hard time getting to Houston. We have no plans to search for a different doctor!

Dr. Bohan always takes the time we need when visit with him. He has a genuine concern for my child, and never rushes me out of the office. When I have to wait longer than I would like I always remember that I have had to keep others waiting also. I am willing to wait because I know that Dr. Bohan will not rush through a office visit with a patient.

my child was put on a high dose of prestiq for anxiety. When he responded negatively the Doctor pulled my son off the medicine cold turkey. He gave us no guidance as to withdrawl symptoms and never called us to check on how my son was doing. As the drug was just recently approved in children, due to its high risk factor for creating /enhancing depression, we felt he should have prepared us better for the difficult withdrawl and had the courtesy to call us
