Dr. Timothy Cameron Bryan

Called to make an apt and the receptionist was very rude and not helpful whatsoever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bryan for several years even before he opened his own practice. I have seen him and my whole family for several reasons. Anything from a basic cold, a broken bone on my son or when I had my car accident. He has truly cared. He is a Dr. that spends all necessary time during your consult, answer all your questions, and follows up with after hour messages. His staff has been very professional and devoted to my care as well. The front desk was handled by a young gal that went to nursing school and left. She was great. I am not very familiar with the new lady at the front, but she has always been courteous. I have seen a couple of his PA's and were very professional as well. I do truly prefer and recommend Dr. Bryan of course. His diagnosis has always been accurate. After my accident he was the only one that got the diagnosis right from the beginning. I am not hesitant to refer friends and family to him. I am now expecting, and I am planning to bring my baby to… him when the baby is born. We love Dr. Bryan.

Follow up and communication by staff at this practice is HORRIBLE. If you are needing to speak with someone, get a question answered, or are needing a return phone call back from someone, don't expect it here. Trina, the office manager is unprofessional and the lack of follow up at the practice is indicative of the leadership (or lack of leadership) there. After 6 days of repeated attempts to get a return phone call by a Physicians Assistant or Medical Assistant at the practice (not even Dr. Bryan), I still do not have a follow up return phone call. After bringing this to the attention of the Office Manager, there were only excuses as to why phone calls back were not made. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this Dr or practice to someone after my experience there.

The entire office staff from front office to back, certainly to include Dr. Bryan as well as his P.A. are tremendous! We found this office after having difficult at our son's pediatrician. Our son has been seen by Dr. Bryan as well as his PA and both took their time with us, thoroughly looking into our areas of concern as well as going above and beyond. Upon receiving "abnormal" blood test results for our son, Dr. Bryan actually called us after hours that same evening to give us the results, tell us his thoughts and let us know a referral would be immediately in the works. Amazing, caring, genuine office! We cannot recommend them enough. In a day of multi-doctor practices where patients are viewed as a copay this office more than stands out. We love that we live so close to this practice but would have no problem driving a long distance to be seen here. If your in search of a doctor who will remember you, know your chart, listen to your thoughts and concerns and look into potential… problems, then you owe it to yourself to give this office a shot.

The office is easy to find and has a lab there. Office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor Bryan is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. He doesn't make you feel rushed but truly listens to your issues. He is great with my children as well as my elderly parents. He is one of the best doctors I have found so far in Arizona.
