Dr. Timothy Patrick Connall, MD

Procedure: Silicone augmentation, under the muscle. Problem: Capsular contraction, misaligned breast due to incorrect pocket cut, and horrible experience when things went bad. Capsular could have been caused for many reason, we understand that. The problems started with when we went back to repair the capsular contraction. Almost immediately after surgery #1 we discovered it wasn't correct. The pocket wasn't cut correctly and there was a really flat shelf the implant rested on. As the breast started to 'fall', it became more clear. At this time, this same breast also started to become really hard. We were religious about massages, how she laid, what she wore, everything but it still happened. When we went back to discuss this, Dr. Connall stated we were smart to opt for the warranty and he'd redo this. Also, he said that the pocket was correct and that the breast would 'fall' into place. Again, from day one you could see the differences between the two pockets. One was… round, one was flat. We had surgery #2 and everything seemed on track. But again, capsular started and the shelf was still visible. When we went back, Dr. Connall suggested a third surgery to replace the implant. Again, ignoring the flat shelf. We opted to look elsewhere for a new doctor. Every doctor we talked to did not seemed at all surprised that we came from Dr. Connall's office. Every doctor we talked to were surprised (or seemingly so) that Dr. Connall did not use a drain and further that he did not on the second surgery. What really got us upset, however, is when Dr. Connall's office did everything in their power to make it difficult for us to move onto another doctor. First, they refused to mail our records, despite us showing them HIPAA laws saying it was okay to do so to which point it turned to a matter of "office policy". So, we were forced to pick them up from their office; almost a two hours drive. To add further insult, they did not include all of our information so we had to do it all a second time - eight hours of driving total. Then they refused to update records and only did when we pointed them to the law, again. When Dr. Connall was contacted by our new doctor's office, he, himself, went two weeks without returning their requests and only did so after being informed of the law, again. It was petty. It was childish, it was immature. Each correspondence, however, the office staff and Dr. Connall were full of smiles and polite but when it came down to actually doing anything to help, they refused. The doctor we decided on immediately noticed the shelf - before we even mentioned it - and said it was an "easy fix" and asked if we requested it not being fixed during the second surgery - his way of saying, 'why would someone NOT fix this?!'. When he asked about the drains, he was "surprised" (his words) that it wasn't done at all, especially the second time around. It's now been 19 months since the third surgery and they both finally look and feel perfect. I guess our summation of Dr. Connall is that he's decent if everything goes perfectly. We've seen some other breasts from friends that turned out great. However, in the off-chance something doesn't go right, he and his staff will quickly turn into a nightmare.

I went into Dr Connall because I had gotten a good review from a previous friend who just got her breast augmentation done by him. Going in we came out of the consultation with two options, augmentation and lift or just augmentation. We agreed on just augmentation as I am "too young to have all the scars". With his promise to do everything possible to make sure that without the lift everything would look symmetrical and to my liking, I went in for surgery at the end of 2017. Immediately once swelling went down I knew something was wrong. I had automatically bottomed out on one side and the other had dropped so low it looked like I had a large utter in my armpit. The "symmetry" he has promised was no where close to what was promised. In fact, it was even worse. I had to stop all activities that I had so much passion in because I was in so much pain and he kept promising i'd be fine. When I went back in at my 3 month check up to let him know that I wanted to fix it, he laughed and said… "I don't fix that but I suppose if it's bothering you that much....". As soon as he laughed at me and gave off an arrogance I knew I had made the wrong choice in plastic surgeon. Here I am at 24 years old and had another surgery 6 months from my first one. I was told that he severely messed up the inside of my body and didn't take any care like he had promised.

I discussed with him in detail that I wanted to go from being a Double D to a full C cup and have liposuction on either side with a breast lift. He had no issues with anything we discussed. I came out of surgery long story short less than a B cup and on my right side I had a lump where he did liposuction and he said give it 30 days to go down and if it didn’t he would do more liposuction. As far as the cup size he wanted to inject fat from my body into my breast’s, NO that is not what I signed up for. He screwed up, I also have like these weird looking wings in my cleavage area on my breast’s. So in 30 days I go back for the liposuction repeat and he dropped the bomb that I have to pay again for the Anastasia in the amount of $500, what a crock especially when it is a repair of his screw up. Well, second try a bomb as well and now I’m disfigured because he went to far and I’m pitted and lumpy and have pain not to mention how horrible I look. I asked him for years for a… refund so I could find another doctor to repair my damages he caused. I went to the health board, I had a lawyer send him a letter, I sent letters. You would think if he had a Conscience and was a decent doctor he would have done the right thing but he did not! I am devastated, I did my research on him but I was fooled. His staff were flippant in the O.R. and that should have been a red flag? He is a horrible human being and a veteran at that knowing my husband was as well. That was a lot of money spent out of pocket.

From the first phone call through my visit today, I've experienced nothing but exceptional care from Dr Connell and his staff. He actually exceeded my expectations!

I am very impressed with the quality of work and level of professionalism from Dr. Connall and his staff. I had breast augmentation done, with excellent results. I am very happy with his work. He did a great job answering questions I had. Highly recommend him.

I chose Dr. Connall due to his professionalism and I had 2 friends recommend him that were very pleased with thier procedures. I had a consult w/a different doctor who wanted to do way more intrusive procedures and it wasn't necessary. I felt like Dr.Connall listened to what my needs were and I am very pleased with my results. The process was very easy and staff were extremely organized, professional and pleasant throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Connall. I had breast implant replacement, lipo, mini tummy tuck and fat grafting.

I had tuberous breasts and I have always been self conscious about them. I never really wanted to get implants because I didn't want my breasts to look "fake". However when I went to my consultation with Connall, he provided a variety of different implant options and helped my make a decision to find implants that would look and feel natural as well as correct my tuberous breasts. He is also a very friendly surgeon and I felt comfortable discussing my situation with him.

I have been deformed for life, by this doctor's work with fat grafting. I have reached out to him to form some type of corrective action regarding the matter. My insurance stated I had been injured. I had to go through extensive recovery and had a hole in my chest for several months. When the fat grafting procedure did not go right, , he was not there and his staff was not responsive. I became very ill with infection with a long hospital stay as well. I am left with an injury that has not been addressed, and that has totally changed my way of life.

Exactly what I wanted, kind, knowledgable, friendly, and made me feel at ease.
