Dr Driver is very professional. Short wait time.

Dr. Driver;s office staff is highly inefficient, unprofessional and uncaring. He himself was caring,listened deeply, highly intelligent- didn't have to overly explain things- he understood. He probably should not have tried to take my case as its complexities were overwhelming and not suited to his experience level,but he deeply cared about my situation and did his best to avoid complications. He was respectful and engaging with our questions and concerns.

A truly professional, caring Doctor. Old-fashioned in the finest sense of the meaning. Took extra time to fully understand. Office staff was courteous and professional.

Very disrespectful medical office. After waiting nearly 3 hrs 4 of us got up and walked out. One man's wife was sobbing. Will NEVER go back to this office. Dr. Driver needs to retire.

Dr. Driver was very helpful. A very knowlegable doctor who was thorough and the medication that was prescribed has worked very well.

I normally do not take time to write review but in this case I feel it to be extremely important considering the potential for harm to others (in my opinion) The first problem I encountered with Dr. Driver was he allowed my 79 year old mother to sit at home with a severe kidney infection for 2 weeks while she became toxic to the point of hallucinating and delirium. He said there was nothing to worry about until he performed a procedure in hospital and at that time placed a catheter and external urine bag for my mother, He never even informed my mother of this procedure being done (she was sedated) instead left it to me and my father to explain to her, also NO instructions were provided or any information at all about this procedure, not even why it was done. He just did the procedure in the OR and washed up to leave!!., I had to look up on the internet to find out the "do's and don'ts" regarding this catheter and urine bag (ie. how to and when to replace etc) My most recent… complaint which I am absolutely horrified over is the fact that my mother was sent home yesterday from her primary care with a bladder infection with instruction "per Dr. Driver" to "NOT TREAT HER FOR BLADDER INFECTIONS AS SHE WILL ALWAYS HAVE THEM DUE TO THE CATHETER" This (upon further research and common sense) is wrong on so many levels I cannot believe he extended this instruction. !! If this is not treated she could become toxic again, or sepsis !!! This Doctor obviously doesn't care for his patients and should be investigated and or corrected somehow!!!. These are only 2 of many complaints I have with this Dr. but the most important to relay considering a possible determent to someone else and their health. I would not recommend this doctor to a cockroach !!!

On my first visit, I waited over an hour only to be told the doctor had ER surgery and would not be able to see me - with noapologies or acknowledgement from staff of the time I had to take away from work to be there. I was rescheduled to return for another visit and waited approx. 45 minutes to be seen on that occasion. Dr. Driver consulted w/me for about 10 minutes and had me return yet a third time to perform a routine procedure. During the procedure, he fumbled with the equipment and had to request nurse assistance to make it operate correctly (which really heightened my anxiety). Recently and reluctantly, I returned for an annual follow up and had to wait over thirty minutes even though I was the only person in the office. Once again, there was no acknowledgement from staff that my time is every bit as important as Dr. Driver's time and I was asked to wait ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. I am a healthcare professional, and treating clients in this manner is unethical and unacceptable.

Would recommend this doctor and this office. We were treated well and our experience here could not have been better.
