Dr. Timothy Foster, MD

Dr Foster performed arthroscopic shoulder surgery to correct frozen shoulder, shave back bone spur and debride shoulder joint. Surgery was ver successful and have recovered fully. I highly recommend him. Excellent bedside manner and surgical skill.

I've had to see 4 surgeons in my life and Dr. Foster is by far the best. His bedside manner is beyond anything I've ever experienced with any doctor. He is compassionate, kind, and patient. He actually really cares about the person he is treating. He pretty much saved my life. I shattered my kneecap more than a year ago and thanks to him I am pretty much back to normal. I see why he is consistently rated a TOP DOC!

I dislocated my patella playing soccer and needless to say this really caused a lot of pain, uncertainty, and loss of function. I went from being able to do almost anything to not being able to climb 3 stairs. I saw 4 different orthopedic surgeons in Boston and all swept me in and out of their office in under ten minutes and said "try PT". It was disheartening to say the least. I finally kept looking and found Dr. Foster. He explained the nature of my injury, my anatomy, and answered all my questions. I had him and his team perform my surgery and am feeling much better. Since then I've referred anyone with a knee or shoulder issue to his office and he's helped many of them as well. He's a credit to the profession.

Pretty good surgeon, odd and socially off personality. Not friendly or sincere. He seems unfriendly of you ask a question. My primary didn't want me to him because he didn't lik him I gathered, but a good friend recommended him and my surgery went extremely smooth.

He asked a lot about me, including recreational activities and sports. He spent a lot of time discussing treatment options, and listening to my concerns. Incredible individual and surgeon.

My favorite orthopedic surgeon, recommend him to everyone. Takes time with you, explains exactly what the problem is and how he is ging to fix it. Kind and friendly along with his staff. Gets 5 stars in my book. Would highly recommend.

This guy gave me thorough examinations, and a lot of information to base my decisions on. He has worked on my right knee (ACL reconstruction) more than a decade ago, and as a snowboarder, I have switched from regular to goofy (right leg forward) because the right knee is simply better than ever.
