Asking me to be there 30 minutes before my appointment was stupid. It took 3 minutes to make copies of my license and insurance cards and then I just waited. Coming at my appointment time would of been just fine as I still waited to be called back until 15 minutes after my appointment time. My time is valuable too.

When two physicians tell you about your issue, and you are sent to a surgeon-you don’t expect a big deal. I was basically called a liar and told if I didn’t like his diagnosis-I could surgeon shop at one of our many other local hospitals. I will never go back-and will tell anyone that asks to bypass him

Dr Hackett is the most caring surgeon I have ever met. Did a wonderful job on my hernia. Then he cared for my sick husband. Very thorough would recommend him highly

After being referred to Hackett, I was happy I was finally having the surgery (bilateral masectomy). At the time, I was a 22 year old college student, male, with gynecomastia (male breast-enlargement). Uh my god, such a terrible curse! After the surgery, LORD PLEASE STRIKE ME!! I was in SOO much pain, and later found out that general surgeons, don't normally do this type of surgery for this exact reason! Really wish I could post pictures... never will be the same...

Patient care and mannerism outstanding, end results of surgery excellent.

Great doctor worked on my hernia at covenant hospital staff was thoughtful and caring I would give him four stars
