Wonderful surgeon. I would pick him hands down every time and have recommended him to family . Very friendly staff as he is as well and takes the time to answer questions and go above what is needed to help you .

Dr. Hopkins is an amazing surgeon! Very polite, caring, and listens to the patient and families concerns. I would recommend him to any family or friend.

My mother fell on her head causing a spinal compression resulting in fracture of C2 and T1, no displacement of vertebra, but hairline fractures that should heal fine. ER referred her to Dr Hopkins for 8 week follow up. He looked at images from ER and said "this was an old injury that has healed - we see it all the time." I find this unacceptable to dismiss the trauma and swelling and pain as well as all the rehab. My mother knew the instant she broke her neck. He did not take current images for comparison. He may be a good surgeon and is personable, but I will never take her to him again.

Extremely insensitive and rude to patients. Locks communication skills and proper semantics for critical patients. Has poor bedside manner
