Dr. Timothy Cecil Jahraus, MD

I started seeing Dr Jahrus in about 2010. Had to see him for colonoscopy every 5 years. I’d been suffering from multiple GI disorders so 10/24 had upper and lower GI. Although there were abnormalities he wrote a note and said to start a medication I was already taking. I started having more issues and was referred back to Jahrus to follow up. In beginning of 2025 I had the appointment but they called 2 weeks ahead and wanted a deposit for the surgical room. I actually changed insurance mid year so I wouldn’t have to pay. They scheduled me another appointment and then canceled the procedure for some reason. I rescheduled and now we are in December 2025. They called me the morning of the procedure and canceled. I told them I was choking on my food. They told me to have my pcp grove me a referral for swallow test. Got that done rather quickly at the hospital thank goodness. I was diagnosed and this time I will follow up with a different specialist who actually cares.

Dr Jahraus was very thorough when reviewing my case. I am a post liver transplant patient of 35 years. My experience was awesome.

Listened well, answered questions well, made me feel comfortable.

Dr Jahraus and his staff were highly skilled, kind, attentive and approachable. The surgery center where my procedure was done was very clean and organized. I highly recommend Dr Jahraus!

Ten years ago I went to this MD for a colonoscopy and fortunately had excellent care, no complaints. My how things have changed! Office staff discourteous. No return phone calls, argumentative, unhelpful, unkind. In all essence, staff unable to schedule appointment, called me a liar and unwilling to coordinate with other physicians in my community. This MDs staff has become an obstacle to my healthcare. I have expectations for continuity of care and appropriate care. Neither of which obtainable from this physician. Shame on you doctor for not caring and nor overseeing your staff. I'll go elsewhere. No need for this kind of unprofessional care.

Dr. Jahraus has saved my life. Truly and honestly. His care, skill and knowledge are First Class. He is a First Tier physician. I am lucky to call him my doctor.

Dr. Jahraus is probably the most arrogant and judgmental medical "professional" I have seen. His questions and attitude toward me were insulting and clearly showed that he had made some false assumptions. It is possible that he might provide adequate medical treatment to those he deems worthy, but In my case, his recommendations could have had severe consequences had I not gone back to my PCP for a second referral to a more competent provider

I went to Dr. Timothy Jahraus in 2006 and 2016 for a colonoscopy. Both times I was given excellent care by the Doctor and his staff. LH
