0 Stars! If you want a thorough Dr, who truly wants to help their patients, avoid Dr. Jennings’ office at all costs! I’ve been a patient for 20+ years, but after the way he & his staff have treated me & my husband over the last few months I would NEVER go to him again, especially considering we tried to talk to them about the issues we’re having & rather than help us, they twisted our words to the point we now have conflict w/Dr. Jennings. He has even asked us to find a new doctor when we did nothing wrong & he would know that if he could listen to the calls we’ve had w/his staff. Long story short, my husband has a broken disc in his back that causes him excruciating pain at times & on more than one occasion his MRIs were denied b/c Dr. Jennings didn’t include enough details in his notes regarding treatment he’s tried. One time my husband almost lost his MRI & surgeon appt b/c it took several calls to get him to do the necessary peer-to-peer phone calls w/my insurance in time to get… them approved. We thought everything was ok after that, but then he put completely inaccurate, sarcastic notes in my husband’s chart after his wellness exam. We called to ask why & have them fixed but were again met w/ staff twisting our words & a letter asking us to find a new doctor, which is fine w/me!

As the quoted “new TN law, any anxiety medication has to be prescribed by a psychiatrist and it is a 10 minute visit for 105.00 and out the door. The visit is no more than if you pulled up to a drive thru window for food except this is for a prescription. Very offended and disappointed. This whole thing with the drugs in TN is making Drs wealthy like a legal drug ring. That is all it is.

I love Dr. Jennings. I have seen him for the last several years. He has always listened to my concerns without judgement and has always exhibited compassion. As a nurse I really appreciate his wonderful bedside manner and always recommend my friends to him.

Doesn't spend time with patients...Office staff is horrible.

I have never been treated in such a rude, condescending, and dismissive way by a medical professional. I will be finding a new physician immediately.

He spends time with patients. I really appreciate that!

Dr. Jennings dropped us as patients because he took extreme offense to our asking a question about an office visit charge. We had been patients in this group for at least eight years. Seems rather thin skinned and a drastic response to a simple question. Dr. Jennings made no effort to resolve this issue. Apparently his time is too important to spend with a patient.

Dr. Jennings is compassionate and really seems to care about me as a patient.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jennings for over 15 years. His medical knowledge seems excellent. He recently relocated his office from DePaul Hospital to Dorsett Road near 270. The staff at his new location is much more pleasant and his nurse has always been great.

Dr Jennings is such a caring doctor. He takes the time with all his patients to listen to their concerns. His nurse is fantastic. She's very personable.
