I love my doctor and his associates

I like Dr Long. He has always been a very good doc for me. He needs to have a meeting with his staff and explain to them how to be a little nicer. They aren't mean or anything, they just aren't very nice when calling to get an appt. The girls in the back were fine, it was the one who answered the phone..she acts like she doesn't want to be there. Just my opinion.

Staff members totally suck, were told to send results to specialist, told me I had to come to office first. WTH?! Doc Long needs to clean house and get some nice, professional, and courteous staff members.

Dr Long listens to your medical problems and will talk about casual topics with you, about his children, your children, whether he remembers everyone or not he makes you feel special because he spends that extra time with you. He also will keep searching for ways to find the cause of your health problems as long as you follow through with him. One of the best Dr's I've ever had and Teri, his NP is great also.

Dr. Long is a wonderful doctor. Very patient in explaining things and more than willing to say "I don't know, let's send you to somewhere else."It's always easy to get an appointment with him, as well.

Dr Long had been my doctor for several years, until he would not give me the refills I needed. The reason being that he wanted me to pay everything I owed him at one time. I am on disability and have trouble coming up with it all at one time. He embarrassed me in front of waiting patients in stead of talking with me privately. I found that to be very rude and have not been back to him as a patient.

Dr. Long has been my PCP since began practicing here in Bowling Green. He is very caring and knowlegable. I recommend him to anyone.
