My husband came to Dr. Marshall for a 2nd opinion and chose to stay with him . Dr. Marshall told my husband that the first cardiologist had misdiagnosed him. After almost one year with Dr. Marshall, he went to Mayo Clinic and has seen two cardiologists- a cardiac generalist and a cardiac interventionist. Both said Dr. Marshall's diagnosis was wrong. It turns out the initial cardiologist was correct. The interventionist said my husband's cardiac care, by Dr. Marshall, was poorly managed. His cardiac function has deteriorated. I feel like we've wasted a year.

Saved my life and just say's it is part of his job.The Dr.called me Christmas Eve.to make i got the appointment with the Dr.for my valve job.

I did not feel rushed . And felt the staff is well trained and reflect the same knowledgeable caring attitude as Dr. Marshall.

Very good Doctor, enjoyed my experience with him, will continue to have him as my Doctor.

I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Marshall. The office staff is courteous and professional, and the dogs in the office gave me a good feeling about the entire operation. One of them even came into the exam room while I was waiting like he was making his rounds. The dogs give the office a serene atmoshere. Dr. Marshall is a refreshing change from surly, apathetic doctors.

The staff is wonderful and dr. Marshall is Amazing. He has been taking care of my aunt for about 8 yrs now. I can't forget the dogs Nitro and Cypher they are the best part of the visit.

Great doctor! Love the dogs Nitro and Cypher! Dr. Marshall now has a PA who is absolutely excellent! Each visit I see both Dr. Marshall and Suzy his P.A. and this provides me with even more one-on-one care during my visit. I am very satisfied in the care I receive. I have, and will continue to, recommend Dr. Marshall to anyone in need of a cardiologist.

Dr. Marshall is excellent. I trust him with not only my cardiac care but also that of my elderly father. I have and will continue to recommend him to others. His PA, Suzy, is an excellent recent addition to the practice. Very knowledgeable, caring and professional. The waiting time during a visit is often quite lengthly and during the last few visits was what I would consider excessive at approximately 40 minutes. The only complaint I have is with certain members of the office staff, particularly on the telephone. I have called to ask a few questions about my father's care and asked for a callback from either Dr. Marshall or Suzy--however I did not receive one from either. When I called back the next day and spoke to the same woman, it appeared she had not relayed the message. In addition as she had done in our phone conversation the day before, she interrupted me and/or talked over me several times to the point where I finally asked her if it was okay for me to speak. Unfortunately,… even then she did not let me get more than 4 words out before interrupting/talking over me! Just very rude and unhelpful resulting in pitiful customer service. Hopefully I will get a call back this time since it's my second request...at least perhaps she will relay the message!Too bad one person can cast such a bad light on the whole practice.

I have been seen by Dr. Marshall for a few years now and can honestly say I have never had a doctor quiet like him. His staff is is very professional and inviting. I have always been seen within a timely manner, treated as if I was family, and always left satisfied with his care. Dr. Marshall is a one of kind Cardiologist. He has always given me his undivided attention and eased my concerns with compassionate honest answers to my every question. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Cardiologist who is professional and sincere.
