The experience with Dr. Martin and his team is always fantastic. The level of care is excellent. I would appreciate notice though if the medical team is running behind so I can plan accordingly. Not sure if that's even possible. I got there at 10:30 according to the instructions and didn't get called back until after 11:15. Waiting with a five-year-old that long is tough. Thanks

At what age should providers start to address the child/patient in the discussion about their own care? My kid being 12, it seems awkward that the clinical team addresses me and talks about my child like they are not in the same room.
