Deciding on a doctor in Orange County is not easy. After a lot of research, I decided to go with Dr. Miller for my CO2 laser treatment. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, comfortable, and reassuring. Sandi was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, she made everything so easy and answered all of my questions with patience and care. Dr. Miller was excellent, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely confident throughout the treatment. I’m very happy with my experience and results. I had an excellent experience, Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable, experienced and talented. He answered all my questions & made me very comfortable. I did lots of research, loved that he was double board board certified in facial plastic surgery, rare and very important. I also had friends that had used him and was able to see their results. Highly recommend him and his team. His team was equally awesome, Sandi was the best, anesthesiologist called me at the day prior to surgery to review details, night nurse was also attentive and great. Highly recommended!

I first consulted with Dr. Miller about 10 years ago after another surgeon told me I needed surgical work. Dr. Miller immediately stood out because he told me not to have surgery. He said I didn’t need it and that we could revisit the conversation in 10–15 years. That honesty stayed with me. From that first meeting forward, I continued seeing Dr. Miller for non-surgical procedures, which consistently reinforced my trust in his judgment and aesthetic sense. Fast forward a decade, when I felt ready to explore surgery again. I consulted both Dr. Miller and another surgeon (not the one from 10 years ago)—once again, the other surgeon recommended far more than necessary. Dr. Miller was clear, conservative, and thoughtful about what I did and did not need. We ultimately proceeded with a lower face and neck lift, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting, and Active FX laser. The results are beautifully natural—I look refreshed, not “done,” and I’ve received many unsolicited compliments. I also… can’t say enough about Sandi, the surgery coordinator. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. She made the entire process feel supported and calm. Dr. Miller is an ethical surgeon who prioritizes what’s right for the patient. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else.

Dr. Miller is an outstanding surgeon, detail oriented and meticulous. Dr. Miller made me feel at ease as I was very anxuios about the process. Now , four months later, I can say that I am very happy wih the results. I would not want anyone else to do my surgery. The office staff is amazing, professional and coureous. I was referred by a friend who had done a LOT of interviews with other Plastic Surgeons throughout Orange County and recommended Dr. Miller. I figured she had "done my work for me' but still reserved a decision until I met him personally and got a feel for his practiced. His office Manager Sandy was as warm and welcomeing as can be and he......he's just the most FUN Plastic Surgeon I could imagine to go through the process with! VERY personalized attention from he and the entire staff per op and post op. ANY concerns i have had were addressed and handled quickly and kindly. I recommended my sister meet with him; that is high praise indeed!

Dr. Timothy Miller is a really outstanding doctor. He treats you like you are his only patient. He is an expert in details and a perfectionist in the operating room. He fixed a facelift I had done by another doctor. Dr. Miller corrected the old incisions that showed and also performed a neck lift, lower facelift, and CO2 laser. Now I have no visible scars and look 20 years younger. I would also like to mention Sandi, his office manager. She went above and beyond to make sure all arrangements were made for my surgery and recovery. If I could give Dr. Timothy Miller 10 stars I would!

Thank you Dr. Miller! I am a repeat customer, and when I had a sculptra injection go bad (and let me clarify that Dr. Miller did not do the sculptra treatment), I was hoping he could help. That he did! In addition to a mini-lift and CO2 laser, he went above and beyond to remove a number of nodules. This was not easy. He went above and beyond, and was very successful in correcting my concerns. I'm not sure there is another surgeon who would have done the job he did! As always, Sandi is so helpful, caring and joyful throughout the process, calming the normal fears. She helped with specific details for preparation and recovery, that made me feel secure that the all would go smoothly. The nurses who assisted were phenomenal.
